Photograph of a red-stepped tank with a large black Shivalinga at the right edge, decorated with a yellow-and-green garland and placed on a platform with red and white striped border. Many people in white dhotis and white shirts walk down the steps toward the water, with a few in orange, red and yellow clothing among them. One person stands waist-deep in the water near the linga, and ripples spread across the surface. Metal railings line the steps, and a half-built concrete building stands in the background behind trees.
