A man's hand, wearing no visible ornaments, reaches in to take food. The leaf holds heaps of white rice, small mounds of pickles and chutneys in dark brown and orange, a pale round idli-like cake, a swirled sweet, fried snacks, sliced vegetables and red chilli pieces. Two small white paper cups with green leaf prints and a clear plastic container sit nearby. A woven mat and a person in white cloth appear at the top edge of the frame.2012-10-27 +1 copiesSeptember 30 20162016-09-30May 08 20172017-05-08A photograph of a large green banana leaf laid on a grey stone floor, holding a prasad meal of several food portions. On the left is a heap of shredded vegetables with carrot pieces and a dark dried fruit, next to a mound of yellow rice with peas, a pale creamy portion, a small pale yellow sweet block at the right, and a pale white porridge-like mound at the upper right. No people are visible apart from a partial hand at the top right corner. The banana leaf runs diagonally across the frame.2006-10-21 +1 copiesMay 08 20172017-05-08
