Several people in orange (saffron) robes walk in a line across the floor, some wearing orange shawls and others yellow scarves over white kurtas. On the right, a man in a white shirt and white dhoti stands watching. A plain wall partition with frosted panels forms the background. Nearby desk items include papers and a small object on the table.2009-11-16A photograph inside a bright, simply built hall with a corrugated metal roof, lattice windows and wooden display shelves holding books. On the left, a man in an orange kurta and glasses points toward a book. In the centre, an elderly man in orange robes with an orange shawl, a tan knitted cap and round glasses holds a book open. On the right, a long-haired man in an orange shawl with a red forehead mark gestures with both hands while speaking. Flowers sit on a shelf in the background, and a man in white and another in a light shirt stand nearby.2006-11-21December 04 2006 - Karthikai Deepam, Tiruvannamalai2006-12-04September 23 20122012-09-23Indoor photo in a bright hall with a staircase on the right and a wooden table with metal containers at the far right. In the foreground a bearded man with long dark hair wears an orange robe and glasses, walking forward. Beside him a younger man in an orange robe rests one hand on the table. Behind them a line of people stands near the wall: two men in white shirts on the left, and several women, one in an orange top and another in a dark sari, watching. The a person candidate is the bearded man in orange, shown with long dark hair, orange robe and glasses; the appearance is not distinctive enough to confirm identity, so this is marked unsure.2008-04-06December 07 20092009-12-07December 30 20092009-12-30A photograph of a formal visit inside a room with a large gilded throne-like seat carved with a serpent hood at the top. A seated figure in a maroon-red turban and maroon-red robe, with a long rudraksha-style bead necklace, sits on a leopard-print cushion and receives books from a man. Two men in saffron-orange shawls stand to the left and centre; the man in the centre, wearing a white shirt with an orange vest, is handing over a stack of books. A man in the left foreground wears an orange shawl and smiles, and a cameraman in a white dhoti and orange shawl raises a camera in the background. Framed devotional artwork hangs on the wall behind them.2016-05-13October 09 20112011-10-09
