A seated man in saffron-orange robes with a rudraksha mala speaks into a microphone on a raised stage, seated in a cream upholstered armchair before a red-and-gold ornate throne with red cushions. Behind him hangs a framed painted portrait of a saffron-robed figure with long hair and a beaded necklace, set against a large banyan tree backdrop, with a red patterned hanging on the right. Several devotees sit cross-legged on the floor in the foreground, including people in white, blue and brown clothing, viewed from behind. The scene appears to be a discourse or satsang. The speaker shows a person cues: long swept hair, saffron robes and a rudraksha mala.2009-12-20A man with long, swept-back dark hair and a red bindi sits on a large white cushioned throne-like chair on a stage, reading from a sheet of paper in his hands. He wears a saffron-orange top and matching orange dhoti-style garment, with bare feet. A microphone on a stand is in front of him, and a water bottle and fruit sit on a side table. Seated devotees in orange and white clothing sit on the floor below the stage in the foreground, several with hands joined in anjali. A white wall with a wooden slat backdrop and metal truss framing is behind. Appearance-based candidate: a person, seated and speaking to a seated audience. A banyan-tree backdrop and red-and-orange pillar drape frame the stage. He sits in a cream upholstered armchair, and a gilded framed portrait on an ornate gold-and-red throne behind him shows a man in orange robes with a rudraksha mala making a blessing gesture. Seated devotees in white shirts, several with lanyards, face him from the foreground, and a colourful striped rug covers the platform. A banner with Kannada script hangs at the top. The seated speaker in orange, with the mala-wearing portrait, has distinctive saffron robes and a visible rudraksha mala, so this may be a person, though the appearance is not conclusive.2009-12-12January 13 20102010-01-13A seated man in orange saffron robes sits on a white throne-style chair with gold trim, a wooden staff leaning against its side, a small red bindi on his forehead and dark rudraksha-style beads around his neck. Behind him hangs a framed portrait of a figure in orange robes with a long beaded necklace, set against a deep purple curtain and a gold ornate frame with a red velvet top. A water bottle and glass sit on a white lace-covered table beside him. In the foreground, a blurred man in white and orange clothing turns his head toward the seated figure. A chandelier hangs at the upper left. The appearance of the seated man is consistent with a person, seated in a throne-like chair before a devotional audience, though his identity is uncertain from appearance alone.2006-10-19A man with long dark hair and a red bindi sits on a large white cushioned throne-like armchair in an orange saffron robe and matching orange top, smiling and gesturing with one raised hand while holding papers and an orange folder.
