Night photo of a procession walking along a paved road during the girivalam circumambulation of Arunachala at Tiruvannamalai. A long-haired man in a loose saffron-orange shawl and dhoti, with a red tilak on his forehead, walks barefoot with arms folded across his chest. Around him, other men and women in orange robes and white dhotis walk in step; one white-clad man on the right holds a golden walking staff, and a man on the left wears a rudraksha mala. The street is dark, lit only by distant street lamps.

A night procession descends white concrete steps beside a white wall. In the foreground a man in bright orange-pink robes and a red rudraksha mala walks barefoot toward the viewer, hands joined. Behind him, men in orange and saffron robes carry a brass pot-shaped vessel and a tall golden staff, and a figure in white dhoti walks with them. Dark trees and a few lamp lights are visible in the background.

Evening photo at a temple-like courtyard at night beside a carved stone pillar and red curtain. A long-haired figure in saffron robes and a rudraksha mala walks at the right beside steps, appearing to be Swamiji (probable), with a bare-chested elderly man in orange shawl holding hands with another saffron-robed devotee, and a shaved-headed monk in saffron walking ahead. Two more people in white and orange follow in the background near a tree and white wall. Six people total, walking together.

Night procession on a paved path lined with dark trees and a red-edged curb. In front, a man with long dark curling hair, a white tilak on his forehead, layered flower garlands and gold chains, and gold bangles walks in a saffron-orange silk dhoti and shawl with a red border; he is. Behind him, a shaved-headed man in orange robes and a beaded necklace carries a gold tray or plate, and a bare-chested man in orange follows further back, with other robed attendants in the background.

Night-time outdoor temple scene with a large red-painted lingam in a black yoni-shaped base at lower left, a small bell and oil lamp beside it. Several saffron-robed men stand on a paved path under a large tree lit by a bright white lamp. An older bald man in a saffron cloth with red flower garlands holds a ritual item, while a younger bald man in saffron carries a silver bowl of offerings. A man at right in saffron with a rudraksha mala presses his palms together in greeting. Other white-clad figures and a woman in a sari stand in the background near a white-rimmed tree base.

Night procession on a dirt path lit by a distant lamp. Five men walk in a line: a shaved-headed man in white dhoti and shirt with a rudraksha-style pendant at left; a central man in orange-saffron robes with gold-bordered shawl walking with hands folded; a man in orange robes with gold border behind him holding hands together; a man in white dhoti and shawl with gold border; and a shaved-headed man in orange robes carrying a tray with a small silver vessel, green leaves and white flowers. A man in a white shirt at right holds a lit lamp and a flower garland. Appearance-based identity of the central figure is uncertain, so he is described only by role as a devotee walking in the procession.

Photograph of a moving procession inside a hall with pale walls and framed pictures on the wall. In the centre, a man with long dark hair and a dark moustache wears a bright orange-red robe draped over his shoulders, with dark rudraksha-style beads hanging on his chest, and walks with hands folded at his waist. To the left, a man in an orange-brown robe carries a golden tiered object, possibly a kalasha or ritual vessel. Around them, several men in white dhotis and orange shawls walk with the group, and a child in white stands at the right edge. A brass lamp stand with a lit flame is visible in the background.
