A man in white stands at right holding a white bowl, and a cameraman in orange clothing films from behind a tripod. A portrait of a long-haired figure hangs on the back wall, and brass lamps and a kalasha sit on the red-carpeted dais strewn with marigold petals. The scene reads as a puja or padapuja offering on a dais.2006-07-11July 11 20062006-07-11A photograph on a stage at an event. A long-haired figure in an orange-saffron kurta and orange dhoti stands on a low gold footstool before an ornate golden throne (peetha) decorated with garlands of yellow, orange and red flowers and white jasmine, with a gold-embellished lion-armed seat and a hanging golden canopy above. The figure extends a red cloth toward a man in a cream kurta and white dhoti with gold border, who reaches to receive it.
