On the screen, a woman in a white top and round glasses with a forehead mark sits with hands pressed together in greeting, beside a person in an orange-red robe and a gold-and-red necklace. Behind them, seated devotees fill rows of chairs and red-and-colourful floor mats in a hall, with a man in a blue jacket standing among them. The screen image is colour-shifted and pixelated. On screen, a smiling person with short grey hair in a dark jacket and striped shirt holds hands in anjali mudra and makes a gesture with the other hand. Beside them a woman in an orange top and a sheer orange shawl stands, smiling. Behind them rows of red seats hold seated attendees, several in orange and red clothing, forming a community gathering. On the screen, a woman in a rust-orange sari with a long dark rudraksha-style mala stands at left holding a small device, while a young man in a white t-shirt with a black bow and lanyard looks at a phone in front of him. Behind them, a room with red floor cushions and a row of seated and standing devotees in white, yellow and pink clothing is visible. In the physical scene, the monitor is the main subject and the people shown on screen are not counted.2014-06-15A flat-screen display in a hall shows a photograph captioned "Los Angeles Arunachala" with a small label "LA-Arunachala" below. The pictured group of about 20 people sits on red mats and cushions in front of a shrine draped with orange cloth, marigold and rose garlands, and a framed portrait garlanded in flowers. Attendees wear white, saffron-orange, pink and teal clothing, and some sit cross-legged in meditation posture. A portrait on the altar is a depiction, not a physical person. The screen itself is photographed, so the physical people in the scene are only the blurred attendees seen on the display.2013-04-07April 07 20132013-04-07January 13 20142014-01-13A photograph of a large screen showing a live feed of a room titled "Los Angeles Arunachala Peetam" in white letters across the top.
