A large group of devotees sits cross-legged on the floor of a hall performing a pada puja-style ritual. Most women wear orange or saffron saris with red borders and red or orange shawls, while others wear white saris with yellow or red shawls. Many hold small brass oil lamps or lit lamps and some hold brass bells, with brass plates, flower petals and small offering trays arranged on orange and green mats in front of them. Rudraksha malas hang around several necks and the setting is an indoor hall with pale walls and red chairs in the background.
