January 14 20172017-01-14A photograph of a large crowd of men gathered outdoors in a courtyard with red-roofed buildings, a tree and speaker stacks behind them. Many are shaved-headed or short-haired and wear saffron-orange cloths over bare chests, with rudraksha malas around their necks; several wear white dhotis with gold borders. One smiling man at center-right, bare-chested with a rudraksha mala and a bindi, stands among the group. A man in a dark maroon robe stands among the orange-clad men. A young man on the left wears a blue long coat. Several people are in close conversation, and a few smile. A red-and-white umbrella stands at the left edge, and a figure in a white shirt stands in the background. Count of visible people is roughly 20-25.2017-01-14January 14 20172017-01-14September 14 20152015-09-14A dense crowd of men in saffron-orange dhotis and wraps joyfully embrace one another with arms around shoulders, several bare-chested. Around her, young men with shaved or short hair and red-ochre or orange garments stand close together, some smiling. Green foliage and bright daylight are in the background.
