A photograph of a seated assembly in a hall during a ritual gathering. Rows of men in white dhotis and white shirts, many with white shawls edged in red, sit on the floor facing a raised stage. Several women in saffron, orange and yellow saris sit among them. Some men are bare-chested with orange cloth wrapped at the waist. A stage with a screen and steps stands at left, with video cameras on tripods filming the scene. Plates and small vessels are placed before some participants. No single figure is clearly identifiable as a person candidate from the visible appearance.
