January 10 20142014-01-10January 10 20142014-01-10A procession of devotees in orange and saffron clothing walks along a paved riverside path beside a wide grey river with green trees behind. At the centre, a man in an orange robe and orange shawl carries a long silver-tipped staff, and a ceremonial multicoloured canopy with a crescent emblem is raised on a pole above the group. Several people wear rudraksha malas, and one man in white kurta with an orange shawl walks at the front left. The overcast sky and rain-damp road suggest an outdoor yatra.2006-06-04January 13 20142014-01-13A group walks along a paved roadside in early light, with a red brick wall and fence on the left and trees and a bus in the background. In front, a man with long dark hair wears an orange saffron robe and a white flower and bead garland, and walks in sandals. Behind him, a woman in a white sari with an orange shawl, a woman in a blue top, a man in white kurta and dhoti, and other devotees in white and blue clothing follow. A man in a yellow shirt and dark trousers walks at the left edge. Shops and pedestrians line the street on the right. A candidate matching a person by long hair, saffron robe and garland appears in person, though identity is inferred from appearance and the page only.2006-01-08July 29 20112011-07-29June 04 20062006-06-04June 04 20062006-06-04January 13 20142014-01-13A photograph of a procession of devotees walking along a riverside path lined with grass, trees and a red concrete wall. A man in a white kurta at left carries a long trident-like staff, and a woman in orange at centre holds a multicoloured canopy umbrella on a pole. Others carry long staffs and bags. Overhead are power lines and a grey sky. Several dozen people are visible in the line.2006-06-04A procession walks along a stone riverside promenade beside a wide river under bright sun. A monk in the centre wears saffron-orange robes, a large beaded necklace of wooden beads and a silver pendant chain; he is not holding anything in the image but walks forward. Behind him a bald attendant in orange robes holds a bright orange umbrella aloft. On the right a man in orange-brown robes and a rudraksha mala carries a tall silver trident. Other devotees in orange and white follow, and a woman in a dark t-shirt with a red woven bag walks at the left. Stone steps and a brick wall with trees line the right side.2014-01-19 +1 copiesJanuary 13 20142014-01-13
