A bare-footed craftsman in a blue and white checked lungi sits at lower left, with a pair of sandals visible at right and a round metal bowl of liquid at top. Dust and sand scatter the floor.A photograph of metal deity statues laid out on a paved floor during repair or restoration. Several gilded and dark-patinated bronze figures lie on their backs and sides, including a standing figure with raised arms and a female figure with a long sash. Hollow cylindrical bases and pedestals sit between them, and wooden blocks and red-painted stands are visible at the edges. No people are visible in the frame.2014-08-24July 14 20132013-07-14
