Photograph of a multi-storey sandstone temple facade with a pointed arched entrance and carved balconies, bearing a white signboard reading Shri Radha Raman Mandir in Hindi. Beside it stands a shuttered shop labelled Pavan Photo House. In the foreground, a person with long dark curly hair wears an orange-saffron garment seen from behind, and a partially visible figure in orange stands at the right edge. A cycle rickshaw with a blue-patterned seat and two passengers sits at left in dusk light.2004-10-18June 04 20062006-06-04A photograph of a man standing on stone steps in front of an old pink-washed temple with a curved shikhara spire and a dark arched doorway, its plaster flaking. He wears a saffron-orange dhoti-style wrap and a long rudraksha mala, with long dark wavy hair and sandals. A large green tree and a cloudy sky are behind the temple, and a small white building stands at left. The page describes a Himalaya Yatra in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, and this man is a person by visible cues: long swept hair, saffron clothing and rudraksha beads, though his face is not used for identification.2006-06-04A figure in an orange saffron garment walks up stone steps toward a weathered pink temple shrine with a curved shikhara dome and an arched doorway. The figure wears a long rudraksha mala and has long dark hair, and looks toward the temple. Green trees and a cloudy sky frame the scene, and a small white building stands at the left. A purple dove logo appears in the upper left corner.2006-06-04January 30 20142014-01-30January 30 20142014-01-30A photograph of a red-painted temple facade with an ornate red wooden door, framed by a carved arch and whitewashed upper walls. A small red-orange deity murti sits in a niche beside the doorway, and an Om symbol is painted in red on the wall. On the left, a person in an orange robe and a man in a blue shirt stand at the doorway. On the right, a bare-chested man with a long swept-back hair knot, wearing a rudraksha mala and an orange-and-gold shawl, looks toward the shrine. Swamiji (probable): this figure shows long hair in a knot, rudraksha mala and orange shawl, consistent with the page's reference to Swamiji at this event.2014-01-30January 30 20142014-01-30Outdoor photo of an old stone building with whitewashed brick-and-sandstone walls, carved wooden balconies and a yellow sign reading "Mahanirvani" with Hindi text. Four sadhus in saffron stand near a shuttered doorway with a red-and-white arched frame. On the left, a bearded sadhu in orange turban and wrap leans from a ledge above. Two foreground figures in saffron stand facing each other: one with shaved head and orange shawl, another bearded in orange turban and wrap, and on the right a sadhu with long hair tied up, orange wrap and a marigold garland. No clear appearance-based a person candidate can be confirmed, so the figures are described by role only.2014-01-30Exterior of a stone temple building with a yellow signboard reading Mahanirvani Akhara above a carved balcony, and a pink-framed doorway with an arched entrance. Several people in saffron and orange robes stand and climb a broad white-and-red stone staircase at the entrance; a woman in a maroon-and-gold sari with an orange shawl stands at the left, a man in orange wrap stands near the steps, and another figure in orange climbs the stairs. A cloth hangs over a ledge at right.2014-01-30January 30 20142014-01-30Photograph of a weathered sandstone ghat facade in Varanasi with a yellow sign reading Mahanirvani Ghat above an arched doorway. Five men stand on the stone steps in the entrance: on the left, a bearded figure in a pink-and-orange robe; in the centre, a bearded man in a light robe with a loose shawl; and on the right, a man in red-and-orange dress with a red turban holding a garland, plus a smaller figure in orange at the edge.2015-10-03 +1 copies
