A street procession in front of a temple-style building with painted blue and red trim. In the foreground, a bare-chested priest in an orange dhoti with a pink cloth over his shoulder stands beside a man in a white dhoti with a black-and-white striped border and a sacred thread. A man in a white shirt and white dhoti stands centre-front with hands folded. Behind them, several men in white dhotis and shirts carry a white fringed canopy on poles, along with red-and-gold ceremonial umbrellas and a round red-and-gold shield, while one man holds a garland of red and white flowers. A plaster painted elephant stands on a ledge behind the group, and a white banner with portrait photographs hangs on a wall at right beside scaffolding. Strings of hanging decorative leaves frame the scene. About fifteen people are visible.

A street procession in a town lane, with a central figure in saffron-orange robes, an orange head cloth and rudraksha mala walking with palms pressed together in namaste. Around him men in white dhotis and white shirts walk barefoot, some wearing beaded malas, while two men hold tall ornate umbrella-style parasols with red, gold and turquoise embroidery and tasselled fringe, and a larger red-and-gold canopy with fringed edges is carried overhead. A low cream wall, a tree and a utility pole line the roadside. The saffron-robed figure's visible cues (orange head cloth, saffron robes, rudraksha mala, namaste) match the page's a person reference, so the appearance-based label is probable, though this is an appearance-based candidate only.

A photograph of a street procession on a paved village road lined with green trees and a whitewashed wall. Men in white dhotis and shirts carry long poles supporting a large red and blue embroidered canopy hung with orange tassels. At the centre, a figure in an orange robe with a white flower garland walks in front; he has a shaved head and no visible long hair, crown, or rudraksha, so the appearance cues are insufficient. A man in an orange shawl with curly hair walks at right near a video camera. Behind them, another decorated canopy and a small shrine with a lamp sit against the wall, and a few people in white and in a woman's sari follow the procession.

A street procession on a paved road lined with greenery and utility poles. A central figure in an orange robe and orange head-covering walks with a white flower garland around the neck, flanked by men in white dhotis and shirts. Several men carry ornate ceremonial parasols and a long red-and-blue embroidered canopy with elephant motifs, and one holds a long wooden pole. A man in an orange shawl on the right, holding a camera, watches the procession from the roadside. Some men wear rudraksha malas. The scene reads as a ratha-style or ceremonial walking procession.

Outdoor procession on a paved road during a pada yatra. At center, two young men in saffron-orange dhotis and shawls carry a small saffron-robed figure of a seated sage, a murti or statue adorned with white and jasmine garlands and an orange head cloth, on a red tray. Men in white dhotis and shirts walk around them holding brass trays of white flowers, a brass aarti or puja vessel, and a decorated umbrella with red and multicolored fringe shades the procession. Orange flags fly overhead and a half-built concrete structure stands at right.

Outdoor procession on a paved road in front of an unfinished concrete structure under an overcast sky. At centre, two men in saffron-orange robes carry a small golden-orange deity murti on a tray, decorated with a white flower garland, with a sheer orange cloth draped over it. A devotee in an orange head covering walks beside them. Around them, men in white dhotis and shirts hold folded hands in namaskar, some holding flower offerings. Orange flags are raised in the background, and a red, orange and blue decorated umbrella and a gilded ceremonial standard appear above. A man at right in white with a yellow shawl holds a brass vessel, and others stand by in white, with a sense of a pada yatra, a walking devotional procession.

An outdoor procession moves along a paved walkway lined with palm trees and a white building with barred windows. Ornate umbrella-style canopies with red, blue and gold fringed panels are carried on tall poles at the top left and right. In the centre, a man in a saffron-orange robe wears a long orange-and-white garland and walks barefoot with sandals nearby. Beside him, a bearded man with long hair wears an orange robe, a rudraksha-style necklace and a wrap over one shoulder. Men in white dhotis and shirts, some wearing necklaces, walk around them, and one man in grey trousers at left carries a bouquet of white and yellow flowers. A devotee at right gestures while walking in a white outfit.

Outdoor procession on a paved road lined with trees and low buildings. Several men in white dhotis and shirts walk barefoot, carrying colourful decorated umbrellas on long poles, with red, green, and multicoloured tassels. At the centre, a man in a white dhoti and shawl with a white turban and a garland of white flowers and a gold-coloured sash walks slowly, flanked by attendants. Other men wear orange and yellow cloth, a woman in a purple sari stands at the right edge, and a rudraksha mala is visible on one carrier. The umbrellas and the procession suggest a ceremonial walk. No identifiable a person depiction is clear from appearance alone.

A street procession on a paved road lined with unfinished concrete buildings and an overcast sky. In the centre, a figure in saffron-orange robes with a white-and-orange garland stands among attendants; a saffron-clad man holds a tray with lamps and offerings. Nearby, men in white dhotis and shirts walk with hands folded in namaskar. A decorated parasol with a multicoloured canopy and a ceremonial canopy in gold and red with floral embroidery and a bird emblem is carried above. Orange and red flags with a black emblem line the left side of the road.
