A seated man on an ornate golden throne with a red cushion wears an orange turban and an orange-and-pink flower garland, with a rudraksha bracelet on his wrist and a saffron shawl draped over him. Around him, devotees sit on a blue floor in white, saffron and red shawls, several holding brass plates of flowers and offerings, including a man in white and a woman in a white sari with a red-bordered shawl. A tall silver trident stands beside the throne, and a second golden throne sits empty in the background. The appearance-based candidate on the throne has long swept-back hair, a turban, saffron clothing and rudraksha beads, so this is a probable Swamiji (probable) in a satsang-style gathering.2014-05-11A seated figure in saffron-orange robes and a matching saffron head wrap sits on an ornate gold throne with red cushions, holding a silver trident and wearing a long white-and-orange flower garland. Before him, a seated devotee in white garments with red shawl and red-and-white beaded necklace is pouring or offering from a silver plate of petals, while a man in white with a red shawl kneels and cups his hands in prayer. Women in white and red shawls sit on the carpeted floor with hands folded, and silver bowls, flowers and offering trays lie nearby. Ornate silver columns and red drapery frame the scene. Appearance-based candidate for the figure on the throne: Swamiji (probable), identified by saffron robes, swept hair, a crown-style head wrap, ceremonial garland and trident; the page's Pada Puja context matches the foot-worship offering shown.2014-08-05A padapuja-style devotional gathering in a hall with a blue carpet and a backdrop of old black-and-white engravings of Indian temples and ghats. A figure with a saffron-orange turban and orange-red robes, adorned with a white beaded necklace and gold armlets, sits on an ornate gold-and-red throne with a trident beside him, his bare feet extended onto a stool. Seated devotees in white and orange-red shawls kneel around plates of red flowers and offerings. An older man in white with a rudraksha mala sits to the left, and several people in white and orange clothing sit in the foreground and behind. The figure has long-hair and ceremonial adornment, a probable identification cue, while the older man and others are devotees. Overall: ritual honouring with offering plates and a trident.2014-05-14May 09 20142014-05-09May 11 20142014-05-11May 11 20142014-05-11May 01 20142014-05-01May 01 20142014-05-01A seated figure on an ornate gold-and-red throne with a golden lion on each side is receiving padapuja. He wears a rust-red turban with a white plume, a rust-red robe, and layered garlands of multicolored beads and a red-and-white flower garland, with a rudraksha mala. Bare feet rest on a tiger-print cloth while a kneeling priest in white dhoti and shawl, with bare shoulders and shaved head, holds his hands in namaskar. Devotees in orange, red and rust saris and shawls sit on the floor around silver plates of flowers and oil lamps. A large screen and a printed landscape banner appear behind the throne. The figure's appearance is consistent with the page's a person reference, but the identity is uncertain from appearance alone.2013-12-17May 04 20142014-05-04December 08 20132013-12-08May 11 20142014-05-11
