August 11 20092009-08-11Outdoor street scene beside a silver SUV. A man in saffron-orange robes stands at the centre with palms pressed together in greeting. Behind him, a saffron-robed attendant and several men in white shirts and white dhotis gather on a dirt road. Scaffolding and a tall banner, partly in Tamil, stand behind the group, and a green leaf and a pot appear at the lower right. The orange-robed man appears to be a person, shown by his distinctive saffron robes and greeting gesture while being welcomed by devotees.2009-08-11September 15 20162016-09-15August 11 20092009-08-11August 03 20082008-08-03March 03 20112011-03-03Photo of a welcome at an outdoor entrance with pale flooring scattered with flower petals. Flanking him, a man in orange with a white turban holds a ceremonial staff, and a figure in orange with a flower-decorated pot at chest height walks beside him. Other devotees in white dhotis with gold borders, orange shawls and white vibhuti marks follow, one drummer partly visible, and a white car is parked behind. Hanging green leaf strings decorate the entrance above.2016-04-10An outdoor photo on a dirt path beside a brick wall and a banana plant, showing a ritual offering. A young man with long swept-back dark hair, a yellow-gold ornamented necklace and a saffron-orange shawl over a saffron garment stands smiling and reaches toward a banana leaf held by a bare-chested man in a cream shawl with a red bead necklace. Nearby, a man in white dhoti and shirt with white beard and a man in saffron robes with tilak watch; a bald man in saffron with mala beads and a clean-shaven white-clothed man behind also appear. Another man in saffron holds a tray with bowls, and a crowd of people in saffron and white stands in the background, some photographing.2012-09-24
