A shaved-headed priest in a rust-red dhoti and shawl with gold borders stands before a large deity murti draped in a blue and gold garment, holding a white cloth or offering in one hand while extending the other toward a black stone shivalinga adorned with white jasmine garlands and red-yellow flower strings. Behind him, a golden deity figure wears layered gold and red marigold garlands, and a rudraksha-style mala hangs from his neck. Rows of brass bells and garlands frame the scene. The shrine is decorated with purple silk and red cloth. One visible person, the priest, performs the ritual.

A young man with long dark hair, bare-shouldered in a saffron-orange cloth, adorns a deity murti with gold necklaces, while a tall figure in a white-beaded crown and gold garland stands at the centre of a gilded arch. Yellow, red and orange marigold and rose garlands drape the murti and the arch, and a tray of red flowers and offerings is held at the left. The setting suggests a temple ritual decoration (alankaram) with a decorated smaller murti in blue and green silk and jewelled ornaments.

A temple priest in a rust-orange dhoti with a yellow-bordered cloth over the shoulder and a rudraksha mala stands at a shrine, pouring liquid from a small vessel onto a dark black shivalinga. The lingam is draped in a white and red-yellow flower garland. Behind him, a golden deity figure with a raised hand and a red-and-gold saree-clad deity stand against walls of marigold, rose and white flower garlands and gold chain strings. A red cloth and a gold-ornamented altar frame the scene. This is an abhishekam being performed at a Shiva shrine.

A photograph of a temple puja inside an ornately decorated shrine. A priest in a purple dhoti and purple shawl with a red border stands at left, his bare arm extended toward a shivalinga draped with a long garland of yellow, red, green and purple flowers. Behind it, large golden deity murtis wearing purple and red garments, crowns and garlands are framed by a arch of marigold and multicoloured flower strings. A small white statue wrapped in purple sits in the foreground near the lingam, with a rudraksha-style bead necklace. The scene shows a pada-puja offering in progress.

A man with long dark hair and bare upper body, wearing an orange-saffron cloth draped over his shoulder, adorns a richly decorated deity murti with garlands. He is placing a yellow, orange and red flower garland around the murti's neck, which wears ornate gold jewellery, a crown and a blue and gold garment. Behind them is an ornate gold arch and red velvet drapes, with more floral garlands on the left and right. The man is shown from behind, so his face is not visible. The scene is a temple-style puja decoration setting.

A young man in a white dhoti with gold border and a bare upper body, wearing glasses and a rudraksha mala, pours liquid from a white vessel over a dark stone shivalinga decorated with white jasmine garlands and red-yellow flower strands. Behind him, a gilded deity murti in blue and gold garments and heavy gold necklaces stands among dense garlands of red, yellow, white and purple flowers. A gilded statue of a figure wearing a red-and-gold turban and red garland stands at left. The scene suggests abhishekam ritual worship, with a red cloth draped below the murtis.

A man in a teal-green silk dhoti with gold border and a matching green shawl performs aarti with a lit oil lamp before a large deity murti. He wears a red-beaded rudraksha-style mala, gold armlets and a vertical tilak on his forehead. The murti, plated in gold with a jewelled crown, wears a green sari with gold border, a garland of yellow and red flowers, and jewelled necklaces; it is adorned with floral garlands of red, purple and yellow. Behind is an ornate gold-leaf shrine backdrop. The man's appearance does not clearly match a specific candidate, so he is described by role as a priest performing puja.

A woman in a red and orange sari with a gold bangle and vibhuti marks on her forehead performs aarti, holding a flaming lamp over a shrine. Behind her, a richly decorated deity murti sits on a throne, dressed in gold ornaments and a crown, surrounded by layered garlands of marigolds and roses in red, yellow, purple and white. Figures to the right, including a statue in a crown, are also draped in colourful flower garlands. A brass bell hangs from her left hand and a gold-framed canopy rises above the shrine. The scene is a temple puja with garlanded idols; no living person is identifiable as a person.

A priest in a maroon and gold-bordered dhoti with a bare upper body pours liquid from a vessel over a dark black stone shivalingam set on a black pedestal. Behind the lingam, a golden deity murti with a trident and an ornate golden necklace stands beside a tall column of garlands of yellow, white, purple and red flowers. A deity figure in a pink and red sari with gold trim is visible on the right. A rudraksha band circles the priest's head, and the scene is lit warmly as an abhishekam is performed.
