June 03 20132013-06-03A man with long swept-back dark hair, a red tilak mark on his forehead, gold hoop earring, and multiple long gold-bead necklaces over a rust-brown and gold-bordered garment extends his right hand in blessing toward a line of seated young boys dressed in orange robes. Behind him, people in white and orange stand and sit in a hall with a golden deity shrine and colourful decorated panels. Probable Swamiji is wearing distinctive saffron-brown ceremonial dress with gold ornaments and long hair, shown in person in the act of blessing the boys, who may be students. Several other attendees are visible in the background.2013-06-03June 03 20132013-06-03A photograph of a formal ceremony in a hall. On the right, a man with swept-back long dark hair, a tilak mark, ornate gold necklaces and a rust-brown garment with gold border reaches out to hand orange cloth to a line of shaven-headed young people in saffron robes, some with white forehead marks and rudraksha beads. Several standing men in white shirts and a man in a grey shirt watch in the background, and devotional decorations line the wall.2013-06-27A young boy in orange sannyasi-style cloth with a rudraksha mala and a gold pendant kneels with eyes closed and palms joined, a red tilak on his forehead, while a bare-chested adult with long matted hair and a pink-and-white flower garland with blue beads places his hand on the boy's head in blessing. Behind them stands another child in orange with a gold chain and rudraksha, and several orange-robed devotees, with a gold brass animal-head ornament and a gold ritual object in the foreground. The scene suggests a blessing or initiation moment in an ashram setting.2017-05-30A photograph of a satsang setting where a man with long, swept-back dark hair and a red tilak, wearing an orange saffron shawl and a long gold bead necklace, smiles while placing his right hand on the head of a young boy in white. Beside him, a bald man in orange robes leans in and holds the sash, while other men in white and orange stand in the background beneath orange and maroon fabric drapes. The scene suggests a blessing being given at a devotional gathering. Swamiji (probable): the seated blessing figure's long hair, saffron shawl and gold bead mala match the page's identification.2011-02-27 +1 copiesJune 04 20132013-06-04A photograph of a ceremonial blessing inside an indoor hall with maroon drapes behind. A man in a saffron-orange dhoti and shawl, wearing a heavy multi-strand gold necklace, bangles and a gold earring, places his right hand on the head of a bowing devotee in a white shirt with hands joined. Several saffron-clad children stand at left, and shaven-headed priests in orange and white stand nearby. A red tray with ritual items sits at lower right. Swamiji (probable): the standing man has long swept-back hair, a gold necklace and saffron ceremonial clothing, matching the page's Swamiji reference, so this appearance-based label is applied with the caveat that appearance is the basis. Roles are the blessing giver, the devotee receiving blessing, and the attending priests and children.2013-05-24A photograph of a seated man in an orange-saffron robe with a sleeveless bare-shouldered drape and layered rudraksha malas and gold ornaments, wearing a white vertical tilak and red bindi on his forehead and gold-beaded armlets. He rests his right hand on the head of a young boy in a navy t-shirt standing before him, a ritual blessing gesture. Behind him a golden throne with red upholstery; another figure in orange robes and an orange head covering stands behind, raising a hand. Red cushions and a tray of flower petals sit at the lower left, and a white-clad attendant is partly visible at the far left. Plain white wall and a wall vent in the background.2012-10-16A standing man in an orange-saffron dhoti and shawl with a heavy gold necklace and gold armbands places his right hand on the head of a woman in white, who presses her palms together in namaskar. Beside them, a bald man in white with a vertical tilak on his forehead and a dark beaded mala watches. Behind, a gilded throne and colourful painted deity murtis stand against a pink-and-grey wall. The standing man has long swept-back hair, a red bindi and a smile, matching distinctive a person cues, so this is a probable in-person candidate. A man in white with a white cloth at the left edge holds his hands together in namaskar.2013-06-24June 25 20132013-06-25March 03 20132013-03-03 +1 copies
