A photograph of a young boy in a white-and-navy striped polo shirt bowing his head forward while a man kneels and places his right hand on the boy's head. The man wears an orange-saffron cloth draped over his shoulder, several rudraksha malas, a gold ceremonial necklace, a white vibhuti (sacred ash) mark on his forehead and a beaded armlet, and holds a small folded white cloth or packet in his left hand. Behind them a seated figure in an orange robe and orange turban sits before an ornate gold-and-red throne (peetha), and a partially visible second figure in orange stands nearby. Three people are visible in total.2012-10-08A seated man in saffron-orange draped clothing and multiple beaded rudraksha-style malas with gold ornaments rests his hand on the head of a small toddler in a checked shirt and orange shorts. The man, seated on a red velvet throne-like chair in front of a gold-ornate backdrop and purple drapes, smiles and holds a small object in his other hand. A lap-level adult arm supports the child at left. Swamiji (probable): the saffron clothing, swept-back long hair, and heavy beaded malas with gold necklace are the qualifying cues for a seated blessing (darshan-style) scene in an ashram setting.2013-02-27A photograph of a seated man in an orange-saffron robe with a sleeveless bare-shouldered drape and layered rudraksha malas and gold ornaments, wearing a white vertical tilak and red bindi on his forehead and gold-beaded armlets. He rests his right hand on the head of a young boy in a navy t-shirt standing before him, a ritual blessing gesture. Behind him a golden throne with red upholstery; another figure in orange robes and an orange head covering stands behind, raising a hand. Red cushions and a tray of flower petals sit at the lower left, and a white-clad attendant is partly visible at the far left. Plain white wall and a wall vent in the background.2012-10-16A seated man in saffron-orange robes and a long gold rudraksha mala with ornate gold necklaces sits on a red velvet throne with gold carved armrests, his right hand extended over the head of a shaved-headed kneeling monk in orange robes who bows forward with hands joined. The seated man has long swept-back hair, a white forehead marking and a red bindi, and wears a draped orange shawl. Red velvet drapes and a gold-carved throne frame the scene, with a small gold figure visible beside the chair. A monk in orange kneels in devotion, receiving a blessing gesture, in what appears to be a darshan or blessing moment.2013-03-07October 07 20122012-10-07A seated man in an orange saffron shawl and a heavy gold beaded necklace sits on a red-cushioned seat, leaning forward and extending his hand. Facing him, a young boy in a white shirt with yellow and blue stripes holds his cupped hands out to receive an offering of reddish-brown beads. A man in white ritual clothing with a yellow-bordered cloth and a brown rudraksha mala sits behind them, watching. Several women in orange, pink and white saris stand in the background near a window, with white forehead markings visible on some participants.2013-03-05Annadhan in 20132013-01-01 +2 copiesJuly 02 20122012-07-02A photograph of a smiling man in saffron-orange robes with a bare shoulder, wearing a gold necklace, a rudraksha mala and beaded bracelets, with a white tripundra on his forehead and his hair tied in a bun. He lays his right palm on the forehead of a young boy in a red, yellow and white striped shirt with a dark rudraksha-style mala, who stands with his palms pressed together in namaste. Behind them a seated figure in orange robes and an orange turban sits before a golden throne with red velvet cushions, and a gilded deity-like figure appears at the lower centre. The scene suggests a blessing or darshan at an ashram. The man has long swept-back hair, saffron clothing, rudraksha malas and ceremonial gold necklace, matching the appearance cues for Swamiji (probable), who is the page's subject; he is performing the blessing.2012-10-08July 24 20142014-07-24May 07 20162016-05-07May 12 20142014-05-12
