Dense ranks of men and women in light shirts, kurtas, saris and headscarves press together, many with bags and some looking toward a decorated float at right. Behind them, orange and red flags and pennants line the route, and a shaded platform with floral garlands and marigold-style decorations holds a seated figure in pink clothing. A red and gold ornate ratha-style canopy with a red cloth and white and pink flower garlands sits at right. The scene reads as a festival or procession crowd, with no clearly identifiable Swamiji visible.2016-04-18February 02 20072007-02-02A large crowd of devotees processes along a dusty roadside lined with tents and temporary stalls, under a hazy sky. Many participants wear white dhotis and shawls, with some in red-bordered garments; numerous red flags on poles are carried aloft, and a yellow umbrella shades a group near the foreground. Yellow metal barricades line the road on the left, where spectators stand behind railings. A decorated procession vehicle or palanquin with ornamented canopies is visible toward the centre, and a painted signboard appears on the right.2016-05-21A large street procession moves along a road lined with dense crowds on both sides, some spectators behind golden metal barriers. Many marchers in red, saffron and white clothing carry red flags on poles, and some hold yellow and green umbrellas. In the centre, a richly decorated golden chariot with an ornate canopy is pulled forward through the crowd. A pink and white striped decorative structure and a tall gate with red and white banners stand at the right, with trees and hazy sky beyond. Several people wear white and orange robes and walk closely around the chariot.2016-05-21A large crowd of mostly men in white shirts, dhotis and casual clothing gathers along a dusty roadside under a leafy tree strung with yellow ribbons. Behind them a decorated festival float or ratha with a white canopy and framed portrait panels stands beside colourful striped umbrellas and a tall ornate chariot-like structure. Bright sunlight, power poles and a dry field are visible. The scene appears to be a festival procession. A printed-name portrait panel is not legible enough to read, so no caption is attributed.2007-02-02July 15 20112011-07-15July 28 20082008-07-28July 28 20082008-07-28January 01 20092009-01-01
