A standing man in white dhoti and a peach-coloured shawl with yellow borders walks through the centre aisle. Several bearded men wear rudraksha malas and some wear orange turbans or head cloths. Red and white pillars, striped fabric canopy and hanging lights frame the scene, with a few people on the left edge in orange garments. The setting suggests a gathering of sadhus rather than a single identifiable speaker.2015-09-10 +1 copiesIndoor photo of a seated gathering of saints in a plain room with a framed deity picture on the wall beside a window. A tall elderly sadhu in a pale pink-saffron robe and white beard stands at left, hands folded in greeting. Seated on red-patterned carpets and cushions, many sadhus wear orange and saffron robes, one wears a pink turban, and another an orange turban. Several men in maroon and gold-bordered dhotis, one with a rudraksha mala, sit with shaved heads in front. A woman in a maroon sari with a gold border sits at lower right, and a few figures in the foreground are partly cropped. Phone-carrying onlookers stand at the back left. A ceremonial satsang-style meeting with visiting sadhus.2015-09-15Indoor ritual gathering in a hall where many monastic devotees in saffron and orange robes sit on mats, seen from behind in the foreground. Near the left, a figure in red and maroon sits on a gold ornate throne with a red cushion, with a tall metal standard beside it, a common setting for a Maheshwara Puja offering. Men in white dhotis and white clothes, some with orange shawls, sit in front of brass vessels and plates of food. Women in white and saffron saris and a man in red stand along the right wall. Bottles of water and small brass cups sit on the floor. Large framed photographs decorate the back wall.2016-02-23A group of about a dozen men in saffron and orange robes stands on a glossy tiled floor inside a bare, unpainted concrete hall with large windows. On the right, a man with long curly hair and a rudraksha mala raises his arm and points, while others around him listen attentively. A bearded man in a green shawl and white-clad attendants stand nearby. Several robed men wear beaded necklaces. The scene looks like an ashram visit or walkthrough.2009-12-30August 09 20072007-08-09October 03 20172017-10-03October 20 20132013-10-20 +1 copiesA long row of seated sannyasis in saffron and orange robes sits behind a red draped table with water bottles and papers, in a large hall with pale curtains. A man in white with a yellow shawl stands near a video camera on a tripod, and behind them stand decorated deity murtis with floral garlands and a glass case holding an orange draped object.
