A photograph of a homa being performed indoors. A bald man with white tilak on his forehead, wearing orange robes and a gold necklace, sits on the floor reading from a book and offering wood into a metal fire tray filled with sticks. Around him sit a seated audience of devotees in orange and white clothing; several women in orange shawls and a girl in a purple shirt are visible, with a microphone on a stand and brass bowls of offerings on the floor. A framed picture hangs on the wall behind. About 20 people are visible.

A homa fire ritual in progress on an orange cloth. In the foreground a shaved-headed priest in orange robes with a white tilak and beaded necklaces sits cross-legged, pouring liquid from a small vessel into a bowl over the fire. A rectangular metal fire tray holds stacked wood, and brass bowls with offerings such as grains, ghee and banana leaves surround him. Behind him, a seated group of about twenty devotees in orange shawls and white clothes press their palms together in prayer, some with eyes closed. Woven mats cover the floor and a red-draped table with stacked cloth is at the upper left.

Several hold small brass bells and implements, and brass vessels and a small plastic container sit on low wooden stands in front. A man on the left in rust-brown robes and a saffron-orange shawl with rudraksha malas holds a small brass lamp and a bell. Behind them, rows of seated boys in maroon and red robes and adults in red and white sit on the floor.

A homa fire ceremony in an outdoor ashram courtyard, with thick white smoke rising from a stone fire pit at centre. A long-haired person in an orange-and-yellow dhoti and a gold-beaded necklace sits on a leopard-print mat at left, holding a notebook and speaking, which is consistent with the page's description of Swamiji (probable). Around the pit, many women in orange saris with rudraksha malas sit or stand with hands folded, some with tilaka. Brass lamps, small cups, flower petals and offerings sit on the fire pit. Shaved-headed men in orange robes kneel at the right side near the pit, and one wears a headset microphone.

Night outdoor homa at a fire pit with a bright fire burning in a square stone pit lined with offerings of sticks and small dishes. Seated on a silver-framed throne with a leopard-print cushion, a central figure with long hair wears a saffron-orange robe, a long orange shawl and layered orange-bead and gold necklaces, smiling and holding a palm-to-palm mudra. Around the pit, rows of women in orange saris with yellow borders and rudraksha malas sit with hands folded in prayer, and men in saffron robes and orange shawls with shaved heads sit in front.
