A figure with a shaved-looking head and a tilak mark sits on an ornate gold-and-red throne, wearing orange-saffron robes and a long multicolour flower garland with rudraksha beads, and holds hands loosely in lap. A woman in white clothes with an orange-saffron shawl stands at right holding a silver tray. At left a bald man in white with glasses sits near the throne, and in the foreground several people in orange and saffron clothing sit, including a child. A silver trident stands beside the throne, a gold canopy hangs at upper left, and a backdrop shows a black-and-white temple image and a large orange-flame poster with a figure raising a ritual implement. The seated figure's appearance is consistent with a person but is not clearly distinctive, so identity is uncertain. Total visible people: about 7.2014-05-17A smiling man in a dark red robe sits on an ornate gilded throne with red velvet cushions and a tiger-striped seat cover. He wears a black turban, white forehead markings, a red bindi, layered rudraksha-style beaded and gold necklaces, gold armbands and bangles, and a garland of pink, yellow and white flowers. A golden trident stands to his left beside a gilded lion sculpture. His bare feet rest on a red cushion strewn with pink and white flower petals, consistent with a pratyaksha padapuja. A single person is physically present.2016-05-20 +1 copiesApril 23 20122012-04-23A seated man on an ornate gold throne with a red cushion, wearing saffron-orange robes, a rudraksha mala with a large central bead, and a gold chain necklace, with arm bands and hands folded in his lap. Before him, a kneeling attendant in saffron robes holds up a metal vessel with lit flames while another lamp burns to the side. Tall brass oil lamps flank the throne against a colourful painted backdrop with red, yellow and green bands. Appearance-based cues on the seated figure (long swept hair absent, but saffron robes, rudraksha mala and gold ornaments) are consistent with a person presence, though identity remains uncertain from appearance.2013-01-18A seated man in rust-orange and gold-bordered robes sits on an ornate gold throne with a large carved arch and lion-like side carvings, draped with a striped tiger-skin cloth. He holds a silver trident in his right hand and wears a long brown rudraksha mala with a gold-thread cord. He has white vertical tilak marks and a red bindi, and is smiling. The scene is a stage with a red carpet and dark red drapes behind the throne. Swamiji (probable): the long swept-back hair, ornate gold-and-silver throne, saffron-orange robes and rudraksha mala are the appearance cues; he is seated in person as a speaker on stage.2013-09-14 +1 copies
