Two people walk away from the camera along the stone path, one a woman with dark hair and a brown backpack, the other a man in a light pink shirt and cap, holding a blue umbrella. Further ahead, a figure in a saffron-orange robe with a shaved head walks on the right side of the causeway, and a crowd of visitors moves toward the temple gate under an overcast sky.2007-07-02A tall copper flagstaff, dhvaja stambha, rises from a white square plinth in an open palm-lined compound under a heavy grey sky. A short saffron-orange cloth flutters from the top of the pole. Coconut palms surround the pole, with a red minivan parked at the right edge and a low building visible at the far left. A seated figure in dark clothing, with a garland of flowers around the neck, sits in front of the plinth, partly hidden by it. Their face is not visible, and their identity cannot be determined from the image. The overall scene is an outdoor temple setting in daylight.2007-08-26September 03 20122012-09-03
