Three women walk and carry white vessels on the dry red earth beneath a large banyan tree with many aerial roots and thick low branches. The woman in front, in white clothes with a white dupatta, balances a white pot on her head. Behind her, a woman in a green blouse and white sari stands with hands folded beside a low concrete ring, and another woman in a pink sari raises a white vessel near the trunk. Black hoses run across the ground by the stone borders.

A photograph taken beneath a large banyan tree with sprawling aerial roots and thick low branches, its trunks draped with red and white flower garlands. On the dirt ground, a woman in an orange sari sits on a low stone ledge holding a small child, while a young boy in a blue outfit stands nearby. A woman in a white sari and a woman in a red and grey salwar kameez stand on the right, and a man in a white kurta with a folded cloth on his head stands on the left beside another man in a blue shirt. Another woman in a white sari stands near the centre. Some people appear to be bending or gathering near the tree base, and a dark cloth lies in the lower left foreground. The scene suggests a devotional gathering at a sacred tree.

Four women in saris stand at the base of a large banyan tree with many hanging aerial roots, pressing their palms together in prayer and leaning close to the trunk. Two wear white saris, one wears a white sari with an orange border and blue dots, and the fourth on the right wears a pink sari. The ground is dry dirt and the late light falls across the bark.

Devotees in white dhotis, shirts and saris work at the base of a large banyan tree with dense hanging aerial roots, at what appears to be an outdoor kara seva. A man in a white shirt and white dhoti stands at the centre, bending near the roots, while a woman in a white sari to the left smiles and carries a shallow metal tray. Other people in white clothing stand and move among the trunks. The ground is reddish-brown earth piled around a low grey concrete wall encircling the tree, with more trays and loose soil on the path. No saffron-clad figure is visible.

Outdoor photo beneath a large, sprawling banyan tree with many hanging aerial roots and thick low branches. Several people in orange and saffron clothing stand gathered near a wooden post at the left, including a bare-chested man in a white dhoti and a man in a red-brown dhoti pressing against the trunk side. Women in orange saris and a woman in a blue-and-pink sari stand nearby. At the right, a seated woman in white sits beside a man in an orange robe on a raised platform, with a small shrine area and a colourful deity murti nearby. A smaller figure in orange stands at the center on sandy ground beside a hose. Green shrubs grow in the foreground.
