Photograph inside a open-sided pavilion with a corrugated metal roof and red-painted posts hung with colourful tassel decorations. A bearded elderly man in a long saffron-orange robe stands centre-frame, hands folded at his waist, turned toward a bald man in a rust-red and gold-bordered dhoti with a gold-beaded garland and a shoulder cloth, who is speaking. To the left, a shaved-headed man in rust-red dhoti with gold trim and a beaded necklace stands beside an orange-robed monk and another man in orange. Behind them, a row of seated people in white and red clothes and some children fill the floor, with a ceiling fan and electric lights overhead.2015-09-16 +1 copiesPhotograph of saffron-robed sadhus and attendants inside a decorated tent with red carpet and hanging festoons. Centre-left, a long-haired man in an orange turban and orange wrap, seen from behind, faces an older bearded sadhu with vermilion forehead marks and an orange robe. To the right, a white-bearded man in orange robes and glasses, with tilak, gestures with one hand. Behind them, a man in white dhoti with a flower garland, another in white with gold trim, and a figure in a red-trimmed white dress stand on the red carpet. A man at right holds a silver staff with a crystal-like finial. Decorations include coloured tassels and lamps overhead.2016-05-05May 20 20172017-05-20September 14 20152015-09-14Outdoor event under a white tent with red and white draping and a red carpet. In the foreground, an older bearded man in an orange saffron shawl wears a white jasmine garland with red and blue ribbon accents, walking beside a younger man in an orange turban, orange robe and a long wooden rudraksha mala who is looking down. Behind them, men in white shirts and dark trousers walk past red-cushioned gold-trimmed chairs, and a few people stand in the background among the tent poles. The orange-robed figure with turban and rudraksha mala carries appearance cues consistent with a person, walking in procession at the event.2006-12-31A photo of an indoor hall where several elderly men in saffron and orange robes sit on white-covered sofas. In the foreground two bearded men with glasses sit side by side, one in orange robes with arms folded and the other in a yellow-orange robe with hands clasped. Further right, a man with a long dark beard and orange robes and another bearded man in orange sit on the sofas. Behind them, people in white clothes move around, and colourful draped banners and a purple lit panel decorate the back wall. No person here is clearly identifiable as a person from appearance alone, so no candidate is asserted.2015-10-18A photograph at dusk or night of an elderly bearded man with a shaved head, wearing rectangular glasses and draped in an orange saffron shawl with a gold-bordered edge; a small gold mark is visible on his forehead. He leans forward and looks down toward the bottom of the frame. Behind him stands a young man in a white kurta with an orange backpack strap, and a partly visible bald man in white occupies the lower left. A white canopy and dark background fill the top of the scene.2008-02-11March 19 20142014-03-19May 06 20162016-05-06February 02 20072007-02-02May 04 20162016-05-04October 18 20152015-10-18
