A seated group of young shaved-headed boys in saffron and orange robes performs a ritual on a white floor with red mats. Several older shaved-headed priests in orange and saffron garments sit among them, one holding a small brass object and others with ritual items. Forehead bands of white and sandalwood-coloured marks are visible, and many wear rudraksha malas. Brass plates, small bowls, a kalasha-style vessel and oil lamps are arranged in front of them, with a few adults in white clothing seated behind. The setting suggests a puja or ritual observance in a temple hall.

A seated group of young boys and some adult men in saffron-orange dhoti-style robes perform a ritual in a hall, many with white vibhuti bands across their foreheads and arms. In the foreground a bald boy in orange wearing red-rimmed glasses and a rudraksha mala sits beside a smaller boy who holds leaves over a small brass tray with a silver bowl and oil lamps. Behind them, rows of devotees in white shirts and orange shawls sit with hands folded, and a man at right in white and orange presses his palms together.

A large group of young boys and a few adults sit cross-legged on a tiled hall floor during a ritual gathering. Most boys wear saffron-orange dhoti-style cloth and have white vibhuti or tilak marks on their foreheads, and several wear rudraksha malas. A bald, orange-robed man with a rudraksha mala and white forehead marks sits in the centre-right, a boy beside him in orange seems to be receiving marks, and a man in white clothes with folded hands sits at the back. Brass plates with flowers, fruit, kumkum and small lamps are arranged on the floor, along with a small decorated silver-and-red stand and a silver tray. Red chairs are stacked along the back wall and an orange-robed figure stands in the background.

A seated group of young boys and men in orange and saffron robes performs a ritual on a mat-covered floor, with brass lamps, metal bowls and small offering trays before them. Several boys have shaved heads with white tilak bands across their foreheads, and some wear rudraksha malas. In the front row, a boy in orange with a shaved head and white forehead band sits with hands together, while another boy sits with eyes closed, palms joined. Behind them, an older man in saffron with rudraksha malas and white body markings sits with palms pressed together. Behind him, a man in orange with a white forehead band and mala sits with hands folded, and a man in a white shirt stands at the back. A tray of petals and a small brass lamp sit in the foreground. The setting appears to be a hall with a glossy tiled floor.

A photograph of a group of young shaved-headed boys and older men in saffron-orange robes seated cross-legged on a white floor during a ritual. The boys wear orange cloths with magenta borders, rudraksha-style bead necklaces and white sacred ash stripes on their foreheads and arms. Several chant with mouths open and hands raised in gesture. In front of them lie brass plates, lamps, small bowls, flowers and garlands on a white cloth. Red curtains hang in the background. A figure on the upper left, in orange with beads and white markings, is partly visible.
