He wears white ritual dhoti and shawl with red borders, white tripundra marks on his forehead and arms, a red bindi, and a rudraksha mala with a small gold pendant. Behind him, other white-clad participants sit in meditation or prayer, one in a yellow shawl, with brass lamps, bowls and a kalasha-like vessel visible on the floor. Overall the scene suggests a group puja or meditation in a hall.2010-09-29November 08 20152015-11-08A seated indoor gathering of devotees. In the foreground, a shaven-headed man in saffron sannyasi robes and a red shawl, with white ash markings on his arms and forehead, sits with hands folded. Beside him, a man in a striped yellow-and-orange shirt wears a long rudraksha mala and a pendant, with white hair and a red tilak mark. Behind them, a younger man in an orange cloth sits with a dark bead necklace, and at right a man in white with a rudraksha mala and pendant sits. Other people in white and blue clothing fill the background.2016-08-14Several men seated on a green mat in a tent with red-cushioned chairs behind them, hands pressed together in anjali mudra with eyes closed. The man in front wears an orange silk-bordered garment with a gold edge, rudraksha and bead malas, a bead bracelet and white tripundra markings on his forehead. Beside him, men in white dhotis and orange cloths sit in prayer. Small brass items, a conch shell and a brass cup sit on an orange cloth in front. No candidate for a person is clearly identifiable from appearance, so no identification is made.2013-02-11December 18 20102010-12-18August 24 20142014-08-24August 17 20112011-08-17Several men in white dhotis with gold borders sit cross-legged on a polished floor during a puja. In the foreground, a man with folded hands and rudraksha malas sits with eyes closed. Near the centre, a man with white tilak and rudraksha mala holds an object while chanting; brass plates, small cups, flowers and a lit oil lamp rest on a green cloth and orange mats. Behind them, more white-clad devotees and a few onlookers in white and red sit in a yellow-walled hall. No figure here is clearly identifiable as a person from appearance, so the role is described only as priests and devotees.2012-05-14 +1 copies
