A tall white roll-up banner for the FIMT Formal Membership in Meditation Therapy programme stands in front of a dark curtain. Its top portrait shows a smiling woman with long dark wavy hair, a red bindi and orange clothing with beaded necklaces. The banner text reads Formal Membership in Meditation Therapy, affiliated to International Vedic Hindu University, offered by Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam, with an orange logo of a figure on a pedestal. Beside it, a gilded framed portrait shows a smiling man with long dark hair in orange robes and white beads, seated under a tree with one hand raised, on a zebra-print chair. No physical people are visible in the scene.2009-09-27A stage at a convention is set with a green and white poster announcing Nithyananda Meditation Academy's Fellowship in Meditation Therapy (FIMT) certified course, with the course name, a graduation photo and a Florida location line. A white cloth partly covers the poster, draped over a wooden board decorated with red garland, green leaves and marigolds. Beside it, a large black-and-white portrait of a smiling man with long swept-back hair, a bindi, and a rudraksha mala hangs on a sunflower-bordered backdrop. A white flag stands on a pole, and a decorated canopy with gold tinsel overhead. No physical people are visible.2008-02-09February 09 20082008-02-09February 25 2009 Nithyananda Spurana Convention2009-02-25August 27 20062006-08-27April 29 20142014-04-29A man in an orange-saffron robe sits cross-legged on an ornate gold throne with red cushioning and a small brass canopy above it, seated on a stage before a microphone stand. A large printed banner behind him shows a smiling close-up portrait of a man with long swept-back hair, a red bindi and white-grey beard, decorated with a multicoloured beaded garland border. A water bottle and glass sit on a white-draped table to the right. The seated man, wearing an orange robe and long hair, has distinctive saffron clothing and long hair, so he is described as a Swamiji (probable) in the presence of a throne.2007-02-25A seated man in orange saffron robes sits on an ornate gold throne with a red cushioned back and a small gold canopy above, speaking into a microphone on a stand. He has long dark hair and is smiling, one bare foot resting on a red footstool. Behind him hangs a large printed portrait of a smiling man with a red tilak on his forehead and long hair, flanked by colourful flower garlands. A water bottle and a small cup sit on a white table to the right, and the stage floor is wooden.2007-02-25June 29 20082008-06-29 +2 copiesA seated speaker in an orange saffron robe and orange rudraksha-style beaded necklace sits barefoot on a large orange throne-style chair on a stage, speaking into a microphone on a stand. Behind him a purple backdrop bears large orange lettering reading Nithyananda Spiritual Program, and a framed portrait of a smiling woman in orange with a red bindi and beaded necklace hangs at left. A white-draped table stands at each side of the chair, with a small flip chart at right and a pedestal fan at left. The person's long dark hair is swept back, and the seated figure has distinctive long hair, saffron robes and a beaded necklace, consistent with a probable Swamiji presence on a discourse stage. Only the speaker and a few partially visible audience heads at the bottom edge are physically present.2009-08-16June 29 20082008-06-29 +2 copiesA seated figure in saffron-orange robes sits on a white-draped throne-style chair on a stage, holding a white cup or bowl, with a microphone stand beside him. Behind him hangs a large banner showing a smiling man with a red tilak on his forehead, a gold-and-coral ornate frame, and a long beaded necklace, with the words 'NITH' and a partially visible 'Spurana' Tamil-script heading. Potted plants, a vase of orange flowers and a water bottle sit on a white-draped side table. The seated figure's appearance is consistent with the page's reference to a person, but the identification cannot be confirmed from appearance alone.2008-08-16
