June 26 20132013-06-26A photograph of a seated man on a gold-and-cream throne with a golden tiger-patterned base, wearing a rust-orange dhoti-style garment, a white flower garland with red blossoms, a gold chain and bangles, smiling toward the left. Probable Swamiji (probable): the seated figure has long swept-back hair, ornate gold jewellery and a ceremonial throne, and the page identifies him as present. In front stand a brass tray of puja plates, flowers, small oil lamps and a kalasha-like offering. Behind them, a woman in white with folded hands and a man in white kurta are performing puja, with a woman in orange at the lower right holding a tray and wearing rudraksha beads. A gold carved door and a black wall form the background.2013-06-26A seated man with short dark hair and a white floral garland with red flowers, wearing a rust-orange dhoti-style garment and a gold-trimmed shawl, sits barefoot on a golden throne with a golden lion-head armrest and a tiger-striped cushion, palms pressed together in namaskar with eyes closed. Two men in white kurtas and a woman in a white sari stand or kneel at right, holding lit oil lamps (aarti) over a tray of brass plates containing flowers, offerings and small lamps. Gold bells hang from chains above, and a large ornate gold-brass door stands at right. This appears to be an aarti ritual during a satsang setting. The seated figure is an appearance-based candidate, with his orange dress, garlands and golden throne, so this is a person in a ritual aarti in an ashram setting.2013-06-26June 21 20132013-06-21A seated man in a saffron-orange dhoti and shawl, wearing a long red and white flower garland and a rudraksha-style red bead mala, sits on an ornate gold throne with carved lion-like armrests. Around him, devotees in white and red shawls hold brass aarti lamps and stainless steel trays of offerings; a central tray holds flowers, kumkum and a small fire, and oil lamps hang from above. Brass lamps and a golden ritual vessel stand near the throne, with a dark wall and a wooden door behind. This appears to be an aarti or puja ceremony in an ashram hall. Three attendants in white are visible at the throne's base and right side, and additional devotees are partly visible at the edges, so the group is small.2013-05-25A photograph of a seated man on an ornate gold throne with a carved golden lion base, wearing an orange-brown dhoti-style garment with a yellow border, a red and white flower garland, and a gold-beaded necklace, with his bare feet on a tiger-skin cushion. Around him, women and a few men in white and orange garments sit on the floor, holding silver thali plates of lamps, flowers and offerings, with a pile of pink and white petals in front. Brass hanging bells and oil lamps surround the throne, and a wall air conditioner is mounted on the black wall. The setting is a dark backdrop beside an ornate gold-studded wooden door, with an air conditioner mounted on the wall. a person: the seated man has long swept-back hair, a flower garland and saffron-orange robes, but the candidate is visible only in this photo; the appearance cues are moderate, so the label is unsure-level.2013-06-26September 14 20132013-09-14A seated man in an ornate golden throne with a lion-head armrest and tiger-striped cushion wears a saffron-brown dhoti-style garment with gold border and a red and white flower garland.
