A man with long swept-back black hair, wearing a white dhoti-style cloth with a red-bordered edge and multiple rudraksha malas, sits and places both palms on the forehead of a seated man in a white shirt. The blessed man has his hands pressed together holding a small red object. Behind them stands a shaved-headed man in an orange saffron robe with a mala and a red tilak. The room has plain pale walls and a window.2012-04-15July 17 20082008-07-17October 10 20102010-10-10 +1 copiesA devotee in white shirt and white dhoti bows forward with hands folded and head lowered while a man in saffron robes and a black rudraksha mala smiles and touches the devotee's head with a hand. A silver tray holding gold-coloured objects is offered by a man in white dhoti with a sacred shawl, and another attendant with white forehead markings stands on the right. Several other men in white clothes stand around in an indoor hall with coloured decorative pillars and a whitewashed wall. The saffron-robed man has long swept-back hair and gold necklaces, a distinctive cue, so this is an appearance-based a person blessing a devotee, with the rest of the scene showing a darshan or blessing.2010-10-20A photograph of a ritual blessing in a temple-like hall. A long-haired man in an orange saffron robe with a gold-toned necklace, rudraksha-style beaded malas, and gold armlets places his right hand on the head of a seated, bespectacled older man in a white shirt. The orange-robed figure holds a folded white paper in his left hand and smiles. Behind them, priests in white dhotis and orange garments stand, a decorated altar with a red throne-like seat glows in the background, and a tray of small objects sits at lower right. Swamiji (probable): the long, swept-back hair, saffron robe, ornate gold necklace and beaded malas fit the page's Swamiji attribution, so this is an appearance-based candidate.2012-04-14May 05 20142014-05-05February 25 20112011-02-25 +1 copiesFebruary 09 20122012-02-09May 01 20142014-05-01May 28 20132013-05-28A photograph of a padapuja-style blessing in an indoor hall. A figure seen from behind wears an orange saffron wrap, an orange turban and a red-and-yellow marigold garland with rudraksha beads, and places a hand on the head of a smiling man in a white kurta with dark embroidered collar, hands pressed together in greeting. A white metal bird figure sits on a red cloth in the foreground, and women in saffron and blue saris stand in the background near arched windows.2012-03-30A photograph of a smiling man in saffron-orange dress with an orange turban and white vertical tilak on his forehead, bare-shouldered with orange and rudraksha-style beaded malas and a gold pendant. He rests his right hand on the head of a seated young man in a white shirt and glasses, who bows with hands joined. A second man in orange with a red bindi stands behind, and a golden ornate throne or peetha is visible in the blurred background. Hands folded at the left edge suggest devotees. The scene looks like a blessing or darshan moment.2013-02-26
