Painted kolam designs in white and coloured patterns decorate the stone floor. On the left, several uniformed men in khaki and a few in white shirts and orange dhotis sit on a raised stone bench. Devotees walk along the aisle; a woman in a red sari and a woman in a gold-bordered sari stand near the centre. On the right, a woman in a maroon blouse and striped headscarf faces away toward a metal railing and a brightly lit shrine beyond. A man in a white shirt stands at the right edge.2006-12-04
