August 31 20152015-08-31 +1 copiesJuly 17 20152015-07-17A man in white shirt and trousers kneels with palms pressed together while a seated figure in saffron-orange robes with gold trim and a long rudraksha-style bead necklace places his right hand on the kneeling man's forehead in a blessing gesture. The seated figure has a white forehead mark, swept-back hair in a bun, and sits on a red cushioned seat with a tiger-stripe cloth. A gold-coloured pillar, a standing fan and a white air-conditioner are visible in a room with gilded decor. A second man and a woman in the background are partly visible. The seated figure matches the Swamiji cues of saffron clothing, bead necklace and swept-back hair, but the appearance is only probable. Physical people: the seated figure, the kneeling man, and two partly visible people in the background.2015-08-30 +1 copiesAugust 23 20152015-08-23A seated man in a rust-red robe with a rudraksha mala and a white vibhuti line on his forehead places his right hand on the crown of a kneeling, bald devotee in a white shirt and orange shawl with a rudraksha mala, who has his palms pressed together. Behind them a golden ornate throne or shrine panel, a yellow draped cloth and green potted plants fill the room, and a woman in a yellow sari sits at the right. The scene reads as a blessing or initiation moment. The seated man appears in a robe and ornaments matching the a person presentation, so this is an appearance-based candidate rather than a confirmed identity.2015-02-15A seated man in an orange-brown robe with a gold-bordered shawl and a long gold-bead necklace, with a white vertical tilak on his forehead, reaches over to place his hand on the forehead of a curly-haired man in a white shirt and orange shawl. The recipient keeps his eyes lowered, and a third hand is raised in front. Behind them stand a gold ornamental column, a gold ceremonial staff and a red draped cushion, and at right a woman with white flowers in her hair looks on.2015-08-30 +1 copiesMarch 13 20142014-03-13December 20 20132013-12-20November 16 20132013-11-16July 17 20152015-07-17A photograph of a seated figure in a rust-red and gold-bordered robe with a beaded necklace placing his right hand on the forehead of a older man in a white kurta with an orange-and-white lanyard. The seated figure has a bare forearm, a tilak mark and a long dark braided hair bun; the man in white has short grey hair and closes his eyes slightly. Behind them, gold ritual lamps and a red draped backdrop, with other devotees in white and orange lanyards and a white paper held in the foreground. Appearance-based label: Swamiji (probable) for the seated figure, whose cues are a rudraksha-style beaded necklace, a saffron-red robe with gold border and a swept-back hair bun. The man in white is a devotee receiving blessing.2015-10-06A seated man in a red-orange garment with a gold-edged shawl and beaded necklaces places his right hand on the forehead of a younger man in a white kurta, who has his eyes closed and hands raised in reverence. The seated figure sits on an ornate gold throne with red upholstery. The recipient is a devotee receiving blessing.2014-01-22
