Outdoor satsang scene in Bali. A man with long dark hair tied back, wearing a rust-red dhoti-style wrap and a thick gold-brown beaded necklace, extends his right arm to touch the forehead of an older man with short grey hair. The older man wears a white kurta with a red shawl and rudraksha mala, and holds his right hand raised with palm open. Behind them, a woman in white with a mala and another in red-orange sari-style clothing stand among attendees, and an orange and gold fringed canopy hangs at the left edge. The man in rust-red robes appears to be a person (long swept hair, ornate beaded necklace, saffron-toned robes) performing a blessing; uncertain in appearance, so flagged unsure.2013-12-20December 20 20132013-12-20A photograph of an outdoor evening ceremony beside a golden ornate chair with an orange fringed canopy at the left edge. A man with long dark hair in a bun, a gold-and-brown beaded mala and a rust-red draped garment touches the forehead of a older man with grey hair who wears a white shirt, a red-and-white sash and beaded malas, with his palms raised. Behind them, women in gold and rust saris and white garments stand among onlookers, with white canopy tents and trees in the background. The scene suggests a blessing exchange, with the seated figure's palms raised near his face as if receiving it.2013-12-20March 21 20142014-03-21July 17 20152015-07-17Photograph of a devotional blessing at an outdoor ceremony under a canopy with an orange fringed top and gold-carved wooden pillar at left. A man with long dark hair pulled back, wearing a rust-red shawl and a long beaded necklace, reaches forward to touch the forehead of a shaven-headed man in a white kurta with a red shawl, whose palms are pressed together in respectful greeting. Seated and standing devotees in white and red clothing are blurred in the background. The shaven-headed man is a devotee receiving the blessing. Scene suggests a padapuja or blessing during satsang.2013-12-20December 20 20132013-12-20December 16 20132013-12-16May 13 20142014-05-13A seated man bare-chested from the waist up, wearing a saffron-red cloth, a long multi-strand garland of white jasmine and orange-yellow flowers, and rudraksha beads, reaches out to press his palm on the forehead of a younger man in a red-orange kurta and orange shawl who stands with palms raised in front of him. A tall silver staff stands beside them and a golden throne with red cushions sits behind. A gold lion-headed object is in the foreground, and a woman in white with an orange shawl sits at the lower right. A framed painting hangs on the wall behind. a person: the seated man has long swept-back hair, a vertical white forehead mark and a garland, consistent with the page, and is giving a blessing to the devotee.2014-05-13July 15 20132013-07-15 +1 copiesA photograph of a shaved-headed man with a white vibhuti line and bare upper torso, wearing a saffron shawl, a white flower garland and a rudraksha mala, touching the forehead of a man in a white shirt and red shawl who holds his palms together in front. Gold ceremonial ornaments and a silver staff stand nearby, with a red and gold throne and a framed picture behind; a woman in white is visible at right. Three to five people are visible; the giver of blessing is shown with a white vibhuti line rather than the long swept-back hair or crown cues, so the identity cannot be confirmed from appearance.2014-05-13
