December 15 20062006-12-15August 01 20082008-08-01Outdoor photograph on a dry, reddish-brown earth path with sparse grass and a bright sky behind. A tall man with long dark hair and a heavy rudraksha mala stands in a long orange robe with gold edging and bare feet, a probable Swamiji by his long swept hair, orange ornate robe and rudraksha cues. Beside him a younger shaven-headed man wears a saffron-orange robe and holds a small item. Around them a crowd of about twenty men and women in shirts, dhotis and white clothes stand and walk; a woman in a pink and yellow sari stands at left. In the foreground a man in a blue shirt and grey trousers faces the group with his back to the camera.2008-08-01A group of men walks along a dirt path through open land with scattered trees and a rocky hill range behind them. At the centre-left, a man with long swept-back dark hair wears a saffron-orange draped garment and a long ornate gold-beaded necklace, and carries a rudraksha mala in one hand. Around him, men in white dhotis and shirts, one in a cream shirt and light trousers, and others in pale yellow shirts and dark trousers walk barefoot or in sandals. Probable Swamiji is the saffron-clad figure with long hair, gold necklace and rudraksha mala, walking at the centre of the group.2005-11-13Outdoors on a dry, grassy hillside with scattered boulders and a single green tree, a large group of men walks along a dirt path. At the centre, a long-haired figure in a saffron-orange robe with a matching orange shawl and a rudraksha mala walks barefoot-looking in sandals, and appears to be the focus of the group. Around this figure, men wear white shirts and white dhotis, some with rudraksha malas, while others wear pale blue shirts, a yellow-green shirt with dark trousers, and khaki or grey clothing. Some people are further back on the hill.2008-08-01Outdoor procession on dry dirt ground with sparse grass, a utility pole and trees behind. A woman in a grey floral sari with red border stands at left. In the centre, a young woman with long dark hair wears an orange saffron sari, a garland of orange and yellow flowers and sandals, walking beside a bald man in white and pink-stained clothes with a red-pink shawl and rudraksha mala. A bald man on the right wears an orange robe and shawl with a mala. Around them many men in white dhotis and orange or saffron robes walk, several smeared with pink and red powder, some with red and yellow tilaks and malas. A large crowd of onlookers surrounds them.2010-10-17December 15 20062006-12-15Outdoor photo of a procession on a dirt road with trees and a hill behind. In the centre, a man in a rust-red and gold silk robe wears a long white and multicoloured flower garland, a dark rudraksha mala, and a white vibhuti forehead mark; he walks with eyes lowered while a tall reddish staff rises above the crowd. Around him, men in white shirts and dhotis, a bare-chested man in a maroon-and-gold cloth, and a shaved-headed monk in saffron with rudraksha beads walk alongside. Several others follow among vehicles and trees. A small purple logo appears in the corner.2014-06-24 +1 copiesA group of about two dozen men walks barefoot along a dusty dirt path through scrubby green grass and bushes under a pale sky, on a pilgrimage circuit.
