A tall copper dhwajasthambha flagpole rises against a clear blue sky, wrapped in copper bands and topped with an orange flag. At its base, a gilded figure sits in a niche garlanded with white jasmine and red flowers. In the lower right, a man in a reddish-orange dhoti with gold borders and a beaded necklace holds a brass bell in one hand and an oil lamp with a flame in the other, performing aarti. A palm frond is at the right edge and another person's hand is partly visible at the far right.

Photograph taken looking upward at a tall, slender copper pole with spiral ring bands, topped with a small ornate canopy and a dark bell-like finial, and draped at its base with green leaves, grass and white and red flower garlands. A woman in a red-orange sari with a matching orange-red flower garland stands at right, holding a brass lamp with a flame in one hand and a small handheld bell in the other, with a palm tree and bright sky behind. The pole is. The woman is the only visible physical person.

Low-angle outdoor photo of a tall, slender copper dhvaja stambha (flagpole) rising against a pale blue sky, wrapped with ring-like copper bands and topped with a small flag. Its base is decorated with leafy greens, white and orange marigold garlands, and a carved shrine-like housing holding a small figure. At right, a woman in a dark orange sari with a marigold garland around her neck holds a brass lamp that emits smoke and rings a handbell while standing near a palm tree. A corner of a metal roof is visible at upper left.

A tall copper flagpole rises against a pale sky, its shaft banded with copper rings and topped by a small canopy draped in orange cloth. The base is an ornate carved pedestal decorated with white flower garlands and a bundle of straw tied at its centre. At the right, a person in a flowing orange robe with a beaded necklace stands on a raised platform, holding a set of brass bells and a small handbell while looking upward. Palm fronds are visible at the far right edge.

A tall copper dwajastambha flagstaff rises against a pale blue sky, wrapped in white cloth and spiral metal bands, with a bundle of grass and green leaves tied near its base. Its lower pedestal is decorated with yellow and white marigold garlands, red flowers and mango leaves, and a small carved niche holds a metal figure. At the lower left, a man with long dark hair and a bare upper body wears an orange dhoti and holds a lamp or flame-bearing vessel toward the pole, appearing to perform a flag-hoisting ritual. The scene is a photograph taken from below looking up.

Low-angle outdoor photograph of a tall, slender copper dhwajastambha (flagstaff) rising against a pale blue sky, its base an ornate carved wooden pedestal wrapped in white and maroon cloth, draped with white and red flower garlands and green leaves, with a tuft of straw at its shoulder. Beneath a thatched palm-leaf canopy at the left edge, a man in an orange-red dhoti and shawl, wearing a red and orange flower garland and gold armlets, performs an aarti with a brass bell in one hand and a lamp in the other beside the pedestal; a coconut palm stands at right.

Photograph of a tall copper dhvaja stambha (flagstaff) rising from an ornately carved base wrapped in marigold and white flower garlands, topped with a red-orange flag and finial, under a pale sky with palm trees at the edges. At the lower right, a man in an orange-red robe stands beside the base holding a brass oil lamp (aarti lamp) in one hand and a brass bell in the other, performing a ritual. No other clearly visible people, and the site appears to be a temple courtyard consistent with a flag-hoisting ceremony.
