Wide view of a large hall during a seated satsang or meditation session. Rows of devotees sit on mats across the floor, with saffron and orange-robed attendees on the right and left, and many people in white clothing at the back. A long pale carpet runs down the centre aisle between metal stanchion posts with ropes. Red curtains line the windows and white ceiling fans and lights hang above. Brass lamps and small offerings sit on the floor near the front rows. A small ornate gold shrine or altar is visible at the far end of the hall. The camera is positioned high and far back, so individual faces are not clearly visible. No person at the front is clearly identifiable as a candidate; the seated figures are devotees and sannyasis in robes.2013-09-13July 06 20132013-07-06A large hall with cream walls, red curtains on the windows and a polished floor shows a seated congregation of many young saffron-robed sannyasis, arranged in rows on mats. Each has small brass plates and ritual items in front of them, consistent with a group pada puja. Some white-clad attendees and other devotees stand along the back and sides of the hall. Ceiling fans and fluorescent lights hang overhead, and a logo appears in the upper left corner.2013-07-26May 16 20132013-05-16July 23 20132013-07-23A wide view of a large white hall with a glossy tiled floor, ceiling fans and rows of fluorescent lights, filled with seated devotees on colourful striped mats. In the foreground, several monastics in saffron-orange robes sit cross-legged, while others in white ritual clothing sit among the audience. A man in a white shirt and white dhoti sits at the right near a low table. Framed photographs and banners line the walls. The scene suggests an assembled satsang or discourse in progress, with participants facing forward toward a distant stage area.2017-07-15 +1 copiesSeptember 24 20132013-09-24September 11 20132013-09-11July 15 20172017-07-15 +1 copiesA photograph of a large hall with white walls and a white platform at the left edge, decorated with hanging colourful woven banners.
