A large black stone Shiva lingam stands in shallow water at dusk, draped with a marigold garland with yellow and black border trim and a cascade of water pouring over its top. Its circular yoni base sits on a platform in a pool surrounded by tiered red steps lined with plants and metal railings. A small illuminated shrine with lit lamps and an orange canopy sits beside it.
