A seated figure in orange robes rests bare feet on a golden tray at right, reclining on a red cushioned seat beside a gold-embossed wooden chest. Two shaved-headed priests in white dhotis with red-bordered shawls and gold-bead necklaces sit cross-legged on the floor, one pouring or tending items from a silver bowl. A woman with long wavy hair in an orange and green sari, with a red bindi, sits behind them looking on. Gold plates hold pink lotus flowers, shredded white offerings, and small bowls. A young attendant in orange sits at lower left and another at lower right.2010-10-30 +1 copiesA golden throne draped with a tiger-striped cloth dominates the left side, where a seated figure in orange-brown robes with a gold-bordered sash and a red-and-white flower garland is partly visible, feet resting on the platform. In front, a round golden tray holds many silver bowls of fruit, flowers and sweets with red blossoms. Around it sit several women in orange and saffron clothing with rudraksha malas; one man in a white kurta and glasses sits near the centre, and a woman in white with beads sits behind him. The setting is a dark room with a carved wooden door on the right.2013-08-19November 24 20102010-11-24A padapuja ritual in which bare feet in orange robes rest on a golden platform. Silver trays hold pink lotus flowers, red apples, white flowers and shredded produce in small silver bowls. Behind, a man in a white dhoti with a gold necklace sits beside a golden seat, and at the lower edges two people with dark hair watch from close range. Orange cloth, gold ornamentation and gold trays dominate the frame.2010-10-13August 16 20092009-08-16A man seated on an ornate gold throne with carved lion-like armrests, wearing a rust-orange dhoti and shawl with yellow borders and a long red-and-white flower garland, with bangles on his arms. Seated on the floor before the throne, a man in white with a red shawl and a woman in white with a white forehead mark face the seated figure; several women in saffron and green saris with forehead marks and rudraksha malas serve from brass trays of flower petals, pink blossoms and oil lamps. A brass hanging lamp and bell hang behind the throne beside a dark panelled wall and a wooden door. The scene reads as a devotional offering or puja, and the seated man's appearance matches the page's claim of Swamiji's presence, with his long hair, gold ornaments, rudraksha and saffron-tone clothing, though the image is not conclusive.2013-07-02February 01 20132013-02-01 +1 copiesClose photograph of a padapuja ritual at Adi Kailasa, Bengaluru. A golden ornate pedestal in the foreground holds a silver tray of rose petals and offerings, with a bare foot resting on it. A man in white kurta with a rudraksha mala and a small ID badge pours water from a gold cup. A woman in a green blouse and red-and-gold bangles reaches to wash the foot. A figure in saffron-orange robes with a beaded mala stands at right, and another devotee in white and a dark-haired head are partly visible at the edges.2009-09-07
