May 14 20132013-05-14 +1 copiesA photograph of a devotional gathering indoors with red curtains behind. A smiling man with swept-back dark hair, a red bindi, gold earrings and a long garland of red and white beads with a gold-bead necklace wears an orange-saffron cloth draped over his shoulders and extends his right hand in a blessing gesture toward devotees. Several men in white shirts and dhotis stand in front of him with hands folded and palms pressed together, one holding a rudraksha mala. A older man with white sacred ash markings on his forehead wears a saffron waist cloth and white shirt. A bare-chested man on the right with white ash markings on his arm stands near a small wooden offering box. Several people are visible in the scene.2013-05-16October 29 20132013-10-29June 20 20132013-06-20A photograph of a saffron-robed figure wearing an orange turban, long rudraksha mala and gold-edged orange shawl placing his right hand on the head of a kneeling man in a white shirt, who has his hands folded in namaskar. The bowed man on the left, also in white, has hands pressed together at his chest. Behind them, women in white and pink saris stand in a hall with a tiled ceiling, and a seated figure in orange holds a ritual object. Red-framed banners and a painted panel are visible in the background.2013-09-19June 22 20132013-06-22 +1 copiesMay 29 20132013-05-29A photograph of a smiling man with long, swept-back dark hair, a red dot on his forehead, a red-orange robe and multiple beaded gold-toned necklaces, who places his right hand on the head of a kneeling man in a grey shirt. Several other devotees in white and orange clothing stand with hands folded in prayer behind him, and a figure in orange is visible at the right edge. The setting appears to be an indoor hall with a red curtain. The robed figure's long hair, red robe, beaded necklaces and blessing gesture match a probable Swamiji, so the figure is described as Swamiji (probable) giving a blessing to a devotee.2012-04-05Photograph of a satsang-style blessing. A figure with long swept-back dark hair, gold hoop earring, a thick gold chain necklace, a gold armlet and gold bangles, and an orange-saffron cloth wrap, extends a hand toward a line of devotees with bowed heads. Men in white shirts and a light striped shirt lean forward to receive the touch. Other people stand behind in a hall. The figure shows distinctive ornate clothing and long hair, so this is a probable Swamiji in person.2013-06-02April 09 20132013-04-09A photograph of a long-haired man in saffron-orange robes and multiple rudraksha malas raises his right hand in blessing over a grey-haired man in a white shirt, whose hands are pressed together in respectful greeting. The robed man holds a sheet of paper in his left hand and wears gold bangles and armlets, a gold earring, and a forehead tilak. Several people in white clothing stand in the background near a stage with a colourful decorated backdrop and a golden deity murti. The robed figure's appearance with long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and rudraksha malas is consistent with Swamiji (probable), shown giving blessings to a devotee.2013-06-18June 20 20132013-06-20 +1 copies
