June 05 20112011-06-05Photograph of a seated figure in the foreground, seen from behind and slightly to the side, wearing a sleeveless saffron-orange garment and with long dark wavy hair falling past the shoulders. The figure faces forward toward a large seated audience in white and light clothing sitting on a open-air ground. A raised mat strip runs between the speaker and the audience. Behind the crowd are a yellow-orange wall, a tree and a red structure. The figure's appearance, long swept hair and saffron clothing, is consistent with the page's a person candidate, though the face is turned away and this is uncertain. The audience sits attentively, with many in white.2010-09-19February 23 20112011-02-23Outdoor satsang on a sandy ground. In the left foreground, a figure seen from the side and slightly behind wears an orange saffron wrap over the shoulder, a rudraksha mala at the neck, and dark hair gathered at the back of the head, with a tilak on the forehead; the figure faces the seated group. Behind, a row of about a dozen seated devotees in white ritual clothes sits along a low concrete edge, with some in orange and one in green. A red-brick wall and trees form the background.2010-11-14June 05 20112011-06-05August 07 20102010-08-07June 27 20102010-06-27A man with long dark hair and a gold headband sits cross-legged on a cushion on a sandy courtyard, wearing a loose saffron-orange shawl and orange garments. A brass cup sits in front of him on a mat with a small rangoli-style design. Behind him, orange-walled buildings and a red frame structure stand, with two people in white clothes standing near the doorways. The figure appears to be a person based on the long hair, gold headband and saffron clothing, though the identification is uncertain.2010-12-27September 21 20102010-09-21A man seen in profile from behind-left sits in the foreground wearing a saffron-orange shawl draped over one shoulder and a dark rudraksha mala with a blue thread around his neck. His long dark hair is swept back into a bun, and he has a light tilak on his forehead, with eyes closed in meditation. Behind him on a sandy open ground, a seated audience in white and some orange clothing faces the same direction, with red-brick buildings and trees in the blurred background. The scene suggests a public satsang or talk. The man appears to match the Swamiji appearance cues (swept-back hair, saffron clothing, rudraksha mala), so this is a probable identification.2010-11-14 +1 copiesOctober 08 20102010-10-08A photograph of a man seated outdoors with eyes closed in meditation, wearing an orange saffron shawl over his shoulders and a long rudraksha mala of dark beads draped across his chest. He has long, swept-back dark hair, a white vibhuti line across the forehead and a red kumkum dot between the brows. Behind him, out of focus, people in white and yellow clothing sit on the sandy ground, with red signboards visible at the top of the frame. Gravel and stones lie on the ground around him.2010-09-13
