A photograph of a man in a saffron-orange robe with gold-coloured beaded trim, standing outdoors and leaning his forehead against the trunk of a large banyan-type tree with aerial roots. His eyes are closed and his hand rests on the bark, a gesture of reverence. He wears gold beaded necklaces and an armlet, and his hair is tied in a bun at the back of his head. The background is blurred greenery.2011-11-26A man with long dark hair swept back and a rudraksha mala around his neck stands in profile with his eyes closed, forehead and one hand pressed against a large grey tree trunk among twisted aerial roots. He wears a bare-shouldered saffron-orange wrap and dhoti, with his shoulder and back exposed. Blurred green foliage and soft light fill the background.2011-02-05February 05 20112011-02-05A photograph of a man in profile leaning his head and forehead against the trunk of a large banyan-type tree with aerial roots. He has long, dark, swept-back hair, wears an orange-saffron shawl draped over his shoulders and bare upper body, multiple rudraksha malas and a gold ceremonial necklace, and a gold armlet on his upper arm. His eyes are closed and he appears to be in a moment of quiet devotion or meditation, with his right hand resting on the bark. Green foliage and soft blurred background surround him. Swamiji (probable): the long swept-back hair, saffron shawl, rudraksha malas and gold adornments are the qualifying cues for this figure.2011-11-05November 05 20112011-11-05A close side-profile photograph of a man with long curly black hair and a white forehead mark, eyes closed, leaning his face and hand against a large grey tree trunk. He wears a sleeveless saffron-orange garment with dark rudraksha-style buttons along the front. Green moss and a thin vertical sapling appear beside the trunk, with blurred green foliage behind.2010-07-11A photograph of a man with long dark hair and a red tilak on his forehead leaning his head and folded hands against the trunk of a large banyan-type tree with aerial roots. He wears an orange saffron wrap draped over one shoulder, leaving the other shoulder bare, with rudraksha-style beaded necklaces and a beaded armlet. Several thin aerial roots and a grey stone slab sit beside him in a shaded outdoor setting. The figure has distinctive long hair, saffron clothing and beaded adornments, consistent with a person presence, though the appearance is only partly clear from this angle.2011-10-16A photograph of a man standing outdoors beside a large banyan tree, pressing his forehead against one of its thick, grey aerial roots with his eyes closed. He has long dark hair gathered into a low knot at the back and wears a rudraksha mala around his neck. A saffron-orange and red shawl drapes over his bare shoulder and torso, and his hands are folded at the base of the trunk. Blurred green foliage and soft light fill the background. The figure has distinctive long swept hair, a rudraksha mala and saffron-orange clothing, so the appearance-based label is a person, presented here in a meditative pose at the tree.2011-02-02A man with long dark hair and a red tilak mark leans his forehead and hand against the trunk of a large tree, eyes closed in quiet devotion. He wears an orange saffron wrap and a white and orange flower garland around his neck. Green foliage and a pale sky appear behind him, and a partially visible person stands at the lower right edge.2008-12-26A man in profile leans his head and one hand against the smooth grey bark of a large banyan tree with thick aerial roots. He wears an orange wrap with a gold border over his bare shoulder and has long dark wavy hair. His eyes are closed and his expression is still, as if resting or in quiet devotion. Green foliage and soft bokeh fill the background. The frame is a close, vertical photograph of one person.2011-08-22November 02 20112011-11-02A man with long, curly black hair and a white forehead mark stands in profile beside a large pale tree trunk, eyes closed and face resting against the bark. He wears a sleeveless saffron-orange garment draped over his body and a long rudraksha mala of dark seeds. Green-leaved trees and foliage fill the background. A photograph of a person in quiet devotional stillness, possibly a person by his orange robes, long hair and rudraksha mala, though identity remains uncertain.2010-07-11
