A staged performance on a red carpet in front of an ornate gold-relief backdrop with small warm lights. Four young performers in costume: a standing figure in saffron-orange robes with long hair and a rudraksha mala holds up a hand; a figure in a green sari with a jewelled necklace and a tall crown stands beside a figure in an orange-and-gold dress wearing a crown, bindi and garlands with hands held together in a gesture of reverence; a bare-chested performer with a rudraksha mala kneels in front; a performer in a tiger-striped vest and orange dhoti stands at right, gesturing. The scene resembles a devotional drama depicting a deity-worship theme.2014-10-01October 01 20142014-10-01October 01 20142014-10-01September 11 20152015-09-11October 01 20142014-10-01A children's dance-drama performance on a red stage before an ornate gold-carved temple-style backdrop with string lights. Several boys stand bare-chested in colourful dhoti-style lower garments (purple, blue, violet) wearing rudraksha malas and beaded necklaces, one holding a pink-tasselled staff. Behind them a performer wears a painted lion-faced mask with a crown. A girl in a yellow saree sits on the stage with a green-clad girl holding a round shield and a sword, and a girl in purple sits at left beside a seated child in an orange cloth. The scene is a staged mythological enactment for an audience.2014-10-02December 01 20162016-12-01A seated figure on an ornate golden throne with a tiger-skin cushion, wearing a red-orange robe, a crown-like headpiece, a gold necklace and a white-and-red garland, smiling as he receives attention. A young boy in a white dhoti with a gold border stands before him, and a girl in a blue top and pink salwar stands with a brass oil lamp. Two seated attendants in white ceremonial clothes sit at the left edge, and a golden deity murti and brass oil lamps stand at right. Appearance-based candidate: a person, seated on the throne in the central position with the crown and saffron-red robe cues, though the image is not fully clear. The scene suggests a ritual pada puja setting on a decorated stage.2016-05-24September 11 20152015-09-11 +1 copiesA stage performance against a painted backdrop of a temple hall with carved pillars and a shrine niche in warm reddish-brown tones. A performer with long black hair and a thin moustache sits cross-legged on a red stage mat, wearing an ornate gold and multicoloured jewelled chest piece, a pink and gold sash, and gold-toned bangles. Beside him a younger boy in a red dhoti-style garment with gold trim and gold necklaces holds a microphone and gestures toward him. The scene looks like a dramatised cultural or devotional play. Two people are visible.2013-11-02December 31 20152015-12-31December 31 20152015-12-31
