A street procession moves along a wet city lane lined with hotels and multi-storey buildings. At the centre, a man in an orange saffron robe wears a long green and white flower garland and a long beaded necklace; he walks under a red, green and gold ceremonial umbrella with tassels, and an attendant holds the umbrella pole. Swamiji (probable) is identified by the long swept-back hair, saffron robe, garland and ornate umbrella cues, and is the central figure. Around him, men in white shirts and white dhotis carry tall silver ritual staffs topped with ornaments and a trident-like finial, one holding an orange marigold-garlanded staff. A man with long swept-back dark hair, a red bindi and a multicoloured flower garland over orange robes walks at the centre, smiling. Around him, saffron-robed men carry golden-handled umbrellas with multicoloured tasselled canopies, one reading Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam, and a man holds a trident. Behind them, people in white dhotis and sarees, including a woman in a yellow-bordered saree, walk along. Some are wearing gold beaded necklaces and rudraksha malas.
