On a large ornate golden throne with a cobra-hood canopy sits a seated figure in saffron-orange robes, with a rudraksha mala and a black crown-like headpiece, speaking at a microphone. Beside the throne stands a decorated altar with three deity murtis garlanded with multicoloured flower garlands, set against a red-and-gold cloth. Two video cameras on tripods film the stage, and a cameraperson in white stands at right. Rows of seated audience members in white clothes face the stage, with some heads and shoulders visible in the foreground. The hall has dark red drapes and a golden railing.2016-01-30January 30 20162016-01-30A photograph of a ceremonial hall with a red curtain backdrop. On a raised stage, a seated man in orange robes sits centrally on a throne-like seat decorated with multicoloured marigold and flower garlands, with a microphone stand before him. Flanking him are two deity murtis in gold-framed arched niches, each draped in flower garlands, one in orange cloth. A large crowd of mostly bare-chested or white-clad devotees sits cross-legged on the floor facing the stage, with several men in white dhotis and some in saffron. A video camera on a tripod is visible at the right edge of the stage.2017-11-11A large crowd of devotees, seen from behind, fills the foreground of a hall facing a gold-decorated stage. On the stage, a figure in red and gold seated on a raised gold throne with flower garlands is flanked by a seated deity murti in gold and orange garments. A cameraman in white works a tripod in front of the stage, with studio lights and a camera boom overhead. Red curtains frame the sides, and gold relief panels with seated figures fill the back wall. The a person cue is a seated figure in red and gold with an ornate neckpiece on the throne, but the face and full dress are not clearly visible, so identity is uncertain.2016-07-19 +1 copies
