Behind the throne is a large framed portrait labelled "PARAMAHAMSA NITHYANANDA" showing a smiling man in orange turban and orange robe with a red bindi, flanked by golden lion carvings and a tiger-skin cloth on the seat. Red velvet cushions, a silver plate with offerings and fruit, and blurred lamp flames fill the foreground. A red banner with partial text behind the portrait. The portrait is printed, so it is a depiction; the woman is the only physical person clearly visible at the right, with a blurred figure in white at left edge.2014-01-08July 20 20132013-07-20January 19 20142014-01-19A large framed photograph of a smiling man with long dark hair, wearing an orange turban with a red tilak on his forehead and an orange shawl, is displayed at the centre of a stage. The gilded ornate frame sits between two golden lion sculptures on a decorated dais. A printed label in the frame reads 'Paramahamsa Nithyananda'. Below, the backs of several people in dark clothing sit facing the stage, with a brass lamp in the foreground and a background backdrop showing Balinese-style temple imagery. The portrait is a printed depiction, not a person physically present. The appearance cues of the portrait's subject include orange turban and shawl, long hair and a tilak, consistent with the page's Swamiji reference, so this is a probable depiction.2013-12-15A golden throne with two gilded lion heads flanks a tiger-skin-draped seat with red velvet cushions.
