A large seated congregation of women dressed in white clothing with orange-red lanyards and saffron-orange shawls sits on a floor covered with colourful rugs inside a tent-like hall. Many have white and red tilak marks on their foreheads and wear rudraksha or beaded necklaces, and several are clapping or pressing palms together in devotion. In the foreground a blonde woman in white with an orange shawl and a bindi smiles while clapping, and a woman in a white sari with an orange shawl sits beside her. Ornate gold and red decorations and a metal stand appear at the right edge. Behind them the crowd extends toward the back of the hall, with no visible deity, throne or speaker identified in the frame.

Many women wear red-orange shawls over white or black clothes, some with vermilion or tilak marks on the forehead. Two women in the foreground clap, one in a white top and one in a black top with purple patterned trousers, while others smile or look on. Red-orange upholstered chairs fill the rows. No one on stage is clearly visible, and the presenter cannot be identified from this frame.

Most wear white and cream garments with gold borders and saffron-orange shawls draped over their shoulders, along with beaded necklaces and gold earrings. Several have white vibhuti or sandalwood marks and red kumkum bindis on their foreheads. Hands are raised in clapping, and faces show joy and devotion. Some are in sharp focus while others in the foreground are blurred.
