A carved pale stone figure of a seated deity with hands in anjali mudra (palms pressed together) rests on a coiled serpent base, with a multi-hooded naga hood rising behind the head. The carving has fine white scale-pattern lines on the snake, a tiered hair crown, round earrings and a beaded necklace. It is set on a dark cloth against a salmon-coloured wall. The figure is a statue, not a physical person.
