A photograph of a wood fire burning on a raised grid of stacked logs against a brick wall at night. Flames rise strongly from the centre of the pile, and glowing embers sit beneath the logs. No people, offerings or ritual objects are visible, so no ritual is identified and no one is shown.

Close-up photograph of a sacred fire burning on wooden logs, with bright orange flames and rising smoke. Logs rest on metal fire-pit bars, and at the lower left edge a small offering of yellow flowers with a red kumkum mark sits beside the fire. The background shows dark wooden structures. No people are visible. This appears to be a homa or yagna fire during ritual proceedings.

Close-up photograph of a flaming fire burning in a rectangular metal homa kund or fire pit. Dry wooden sticks are stacked in the pit and a tall orange flame rises from them. Behind the pit, blurred offerings include yellow marigold-like flowers, a white flower garland on a yellow pot, and scattered white flower petals on a cloth. No people are visible in the frame.

The blurred background shows indistinct temple-like forms and shrine objects. No people are visible in the frame.
