January 21 20132013-01-21February 21 20132013-02-21A man in rust-orange and gold-bordered saffron-toned cloth leans his forehead against the trunk of a large banyan tree with exposed aerial roots. He wears a coral-orange beaded shawl over his shoulder, a long necklace of gold beads, and a gold armlet on his upper arm, with his eyes lowered. His long dark hair is swept back. Behind him are green trees, a tiled stone platform and white pillars in a sandy courtyard setting. Appearance cues include long swept-back hair, a saffron-orange shawl and gold ornaments, but the image shows no clear identifying detail beyond these.2013-05-19A photograph of a bare-chested man in saffron-orange dhoti and shawl standing barefoot on a small red-and-pink patterned mat, leaning his head against the trunk of a large banyan tree with aerial roots. He wears a rudraksha mala necklace, rudraksha bracelets on his arm and wrist, and a flower garland woven into his upturned hair. His eyes are closed and his posture is still and reverent. A pink flower garland hangs on the trunk to the left. Behind him are a white-walled raised platform, bare earth, stone blocks and an orange boundary wall in an open courtyard. The man is shown as a devotee in meditative stillness; no identity is asserted from appearance.2012-05-03February 22 20132013-02-22 +1 copiesJanuary 18 20132013-01-18 +1 copiesA man stands barefoot on a red and maroon mat beside a large banyan tree, one hand resting against its aerial roots. He wears a rust-orange cloth draped over one shoulder, a wide gold-and-orange sash at the waist, and a long orange-brown mala with large gold beads around his neck, plus a gold bangle on his wrist. Thick aerial roots and grey bark fill the left foreground, with other trees, white-painted posts and low stone platforms behind him in an outdoor grove. Swamiji appearance: long swept-back dark hair, saffron robes and ornate gold necklace, matching the page's flag, so the candidate is.2013-05-04
